Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe only thing I didn't like is that I thought we would be able to use the spa on the day and it was closed. However, it was explained there that there is a specific time and that's okay. We will be back this time, for sure :)
Everything is exceptional, including the precious food, the service of all the staff, the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel in general, the value adds everything necessary, no surprises, we are very pleased to have chosen this Hotel. We intend to come back more often.

United StatesI would've appreciated if the front desk would've shown me which buildings to go to when looking for our two rooms, as there are several, and our rooms were indeed in different buildings. That extra gesture to point them out would've been helpful. Someone standing in the courtyard did finally help us.
It's beautiful down to the last detail. The property has a wonderful history as a hospital in the Galilee serving all, and continues that service ethic today. Complimentary gifts were left in our room daily with brand names and business practices promoting peace and unity. The daily buffet is a culinary and visual feast...just astounding. It was our favorite stay in a two week trip of 4 and 5 star hotels.
