“It’s ridiculous or any other word can define this, staffs are new, they don’t know even what is phenyl or harpik, room was so dirty, even they hv not changed bed sheets of previous guests were used, kettle not working, service is poor, not worth, Manger was so ill-mannered, he is convincing us that every thing is good….. when we removed blankets & showed him stain & used bed sheets marks then he changed, kitchen was so dirty that we have not taken dinner there though it was under package…….. don’t book this hotel”
