The location is little bit inside. Without google maps, its difficult for you to reach.

A 3BHK in a city with all facilities and a gated community at an affordable cost. The owner and care taker were polite and guided properly.The property is very spacious and perfect for a family of 6. 02 of 03 bedroooms had AC and in kitchen, a refridgerator, electric kettle and an induction cooker. There is ample space for parking your car

Flat is in a good community, close to highway away from city traffic and noise. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean.

As I said it’s a comfortable property, one negative thing is, the wash rooms are not attached to the bed rooms, not even to a bedroom.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable property in prime location in a very reasonable price. We stayed there for 2 days and we cooked our food as the property got full equipped kitchen. 3 couples can stay there even with children.

Mattresses was a bit hard for me as I prefer softer mattress. But some people might prefer a firm mattress.

This property is located in a peaceful locality with ample parking space. Though the building looks old from outside, the flat is completely renovated from inside (bathrooms needs special mention). Bedsheets, pillows & quilt were very clean. Kitchen has a hot plate with basic utensils and some complimentary stuff to make tea/coffee. I had a peaceful sleep :)

Spacious rooms with ACs in both bed rooms. TV had fire stick amazon, Netflix all necessary OTT enabled.

1. Water filter was due for service (indicator light was ON) request to repair it..bocz water is most essential need for the stay. 2. AC on the right side room, cooling was not effective may be need to service that also. 3. Most important.. internet/wifi... internet was not available for 2 days, even when informed on day of arrival.. but not taken seriously. (I would have not emphasis this .. if Airtel mobile network was good in room). Bcoz if this TV was not working, kids had a tough time to spend... 4. Master bed room, doesn't have AC .. it's a very big room..as there was no AC we did not use it.. cramped in other 2 bedroom which had an AC. 5. Fridge need to be cleaned( due to usage door handle or side is very dirty) 6. Property is away from city... I know but it's very remote. Difficult to get ola. 7. Should clean wardrobe...so that we can keep some clothes.

1. Very spacious place 2. Santhosh (care taker) was very supportive and will be there within 5 min when you call. 3. Super clean room, bathroom... 4. Starting from security to ground floor (key keeper), guided us a lot. 5. Community there is a store.. Where you can get all daily needs...milk/egg/rice/..... Even in the morning at gate i could get fresh vegetables and fruits... Good for self cooking. 6. away from traffic and noise. 7. All kitchen utensils available to cook our own food. 8. Best value for money. 9. I also learnt, there is a auto service available.. security can provide contact #..which will help to get to city/airport. 10. 2 Bathroom's has been renovated, it's good..pls do add pictures.

The place was not too clean. One washroom nothing was working. All the toiletries had to be asked.

The ac in one room was not working, refrigerator was not working and in the stay of 5 days the care taker didnot even have the courtesy to call atleast once and also not even once a person came to clean and there was only 4 vessel in kitchen and on top of that there was no night lights in the kitchen and only 1 common washroom with bathroom for 2 rooms.

A little out of the way. Only problem is it has only one toilet for a 2 bedroom house.

Fully furnished two bedroom apartment with a real full fledged kitchen. Every you need for a short stay is there. TV, Fridge, Water filter, Utensils, Cutlery, Stove, Coffee and Tea sachets. 2 Double cots and extra beds. Very good value for the amount charged.

Not clean, required maintenance Only 1 bathroom becomes contingent for groups Kitchen can have some utensils, Place is very remote - provide basic kitchen utilities, albeit on chargeable basis or contact to nearby facilities.
