I don't like the hotel. No proper clean. Bad smell in rooms. Maintenance is very bad. Only lookwise good. Not worthy at this higher rate.

Floor was not clean and was sticky, bathroom was not clean. No toiletry provided. On complaint they bought us shampoo pouches and soap. Room was dirty with spider webs everywhere. wardrobe and drawers have open nails not safe for kids running around. Phone was not working. for everything we needed to go reception to order. Seriously not worth for 5k

The Housekeeping was very poor. Manual payment receipt was given to me having no GST no. The check in and check out time was not mentioned despite my insistence to do so. It looks like they misguided BOOKING.COM by informing that I didn’t stay in their property. I received an email from Booking.com, asking me to confirm my stay, which I did. Precisely telling, the hotel didn’t charge GST and misled Booking.com by evading the fact of my staying at A One Palace Hotel.

The booking goes to an agent ojo trip which then asks for a 30 percent advance which is actually their commission Rest which is actually the hotel price is paid at the hotel that too in cash Rooms are the worst no cleaning i had an allergic attack, Dust everywhere, unclean bedsheets probably previously used stains in the bathrooms and a very disgusting smell of urine coming from dont know where. The hotel receptionist whicle checking in was drunk. Though he was replaced later. This ojotrip books hotels for all a one properties when we complained to booking .com they told that we did not go to their property. This is the kind of fraud service they are providing. On my side i am disgusted with this stay and also blame booking.com for not fact checking its hotels and getting tricked by such local booking agents. Even hotel manager argued that we did not book with booking.com but with ojotrip. This way of frauding people muat stop and will not use booking.com until i see any action.

Worst hotel with worst behaviour by their support staffs. I reached with my family at the property and shown them my booking confirmation details. They didn't considered my bookings information - saying we don't have any information related to my booking. And they didn't entertain our request. Very bad behaviour by their staffs. It was a big embarassment for me infront of my family despite I have a confirmed booking with them. At the last moment I booked another hotel with double the price. Ridiculous booking and ridiculous experience.

Worst experience ever. The hotel cancelled our booking saying “All rooms sold out “. We were just 1/2 hour away from the location. We had to make last minute bookings post that. They didn’t even call for asking whether we are coming, just sold all the rooms. Disgusting as hell!

We booked A ONE PALACE but they gave us at Esha Palace near to that as they told rooms are already booked means how if we already have booking from last 1 month how we do not have rooms on our reservation days

Hotel cancelled booking and reason stated was we should have paid them offline in advance before arriving. This was clearly not mentioned in booking.com policy neither hotel Manager was equally arrogant and denied our stay, even advised further to complain wherever we can. We did raise a complaint with the grievance team. We were left with no accommodation at 10 pm with 1young babies 6month old.
