Dinner and lunch are not upto the mark. Food caused stomach upset for entire family. Moreover, we have been charged half day charges for 4 hour extension and for additional 2 hr extension I have been asked to pay full day charges..I found this not acceptable.

Requested for extra bed but asked for extra charge. Tariff was too high compared to other hotels, but had to book at last minute plan change.

Break fast was very good and tasty. Rooms were very confortable. Pool was clean.

The location of the room as it was mentioned we have a balcony/ patio with a view but there was a house right opposite and had no privacy. Also the reception staff were rude and not welcoming at all, they didn’t care about the customer experience. As we entered the hotel the first impression that we got was really bad because of the reception staff one of them is Alisha and the manager was also very rude looked like they are giving us a free stay and they are not at all happy that we went there. They were least bothered about the guests and looked like they were not happy with their job.

The property was good, clean and maintained. The housekeeping, restaurant staff, bell boys, guards, they were all amazing, very sweet and welcoming. Housekeeping was the best and very quick to respond to any request.

Breakfast section need to improve little bit. Bakery section was not that fresh.The place was very crowded some days they were managing on their best.

Breakfast was nice and tasty.Parathas,dosas,egg omelet was live and fresh.But most of the food was repetitive as i stayed for 5 days i get to know this thing.

breakfast was good except for refilling took a lot of time so we had to wait, room was nice, double bed was really big and comfy. pool was lovely and water was warm in the evening which was nice. extra bed was too squeaky. wash room was nice except for the jet spray there was too much force in the jet and if you are unaware you get a good jerks. the shower is too messy and all the water was out of the shower room. only one lift was working so we had to use the stairs mostly and even at check out no one was available to take our bags we had to take it down by stairs ourselves. Same problem we had at check in as well. you need to have more staff during peak time for such service.

I had booked a room with breakfast but at the time of checkin I was told by the reception staff Ms Edit that the breakfast was not part of the package. Therefore, I ended up having breakfast outside on both the days of my stay. On questioning them about this miscommunication during checkout, I was asked to call the manager Melvin who hasn't responded yet. It's been 2 days now. I hope to get a refund for the 2 days of breakfast that I paid for while booking.
