IndiaFirst 2 days were fine. But on the third day there was no electricity for entire day. First in the afternoon they tell us it will be back in 2 hrs. Then after 2 hrs they said it will come back after 30min, like wise it goes in till 8PM in the evening. We were so frustrated by there answers like we can't do anything, "if you want you can check out" was the reply from manager. We were having booking for 5 days but we checked out on 3day due to this incident. We checked out and then also electricity was not there. It was so horrible experience the way hotel management treat this situation.

IndiaVery bad experience. When I reached the room the kettle and the coffee/tea pouches had a lot of black ants. The staff removed it but did nothing to send another one. The TV was not working. We called the staff to correct it but it didn’t work and the TV was just not working during the whole stay. The AC was very poor. No cooling at all. Warm water had no adjustment for temperature regulation. The water was so hot that ultimately used cold shower. There is no parking facility. Parked the car outside on the road. Would not recommend.

New ZealandThis hotel is absolutely disgusting! Photos are deceiving, it's not even 1% of what the photos say. Rooms and bathrooms are filthy and nasty. Please avoid booking this hotel for your stay. Location is not easy to find, it's located in small bylanes. Air-condition was not working, bedsheets were stained, pillow covers torn, bathroom had nasty smell, corners covered with spider webs! Oh the list goes on. Never recommending this to anyone.

IndiaThe bathroom was extremely dirty. There was fungus on the wall and on the tiles, dirt and trash in the corners and nothing was clean. The shower curtain was dirty as well and the soap was used. There was no shampoo and no toilet paper. We had to ask for those things and received dirty toilet paper and I stead of soap they gave us shower caps. I only stayed there because it was for one night only. But inwould never go there again.
The location was good. Very central and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The price is acceptable even though the quality of the rooms is very poor.

IndiaWifi was not available. Room aesthetics were good but need cleaning and maintenance. Morning tea in the room is chargeable 1 out of 2 lifts was non functional during all 4 days of our stay. There should be signboard for the proper navigation to the hotel.
Room service is responsive and quick. Breakfast was good. AC was noisy.
