First floor common lights could have been a bit dimmer, was too bright in my opinion considering people could sit in the balcony for viewing the beach. But with the bright light it was a bummer.

Prime Location, on the center of Agonda beach. Most beautiful sunset views ever. Food is amazing, and so is the courteous and helpful behavior of the Staff there

Seems weird, but most of the doors in the room could not be closed (the bolt did not fit). Also there is limited space to put clothes. No wardrobe. I did not have hot water the first day, but the next days were ok.

Very nice hosts. Breakfast tastes very good. You can choose from a menu and it is available throughout the day (meaning no cutoff of breakfast at 10 or 11 am). The place is directly at the beach, the restaurant has a great view of the beach. The room is spacious, and there is a mosquito-net. Power socket also on the patio. Internet works well

Pillows were uncomfortable and bed was very creaky. blanket needs to be bigger for two people. rooms are a bit on the small side and close together so recommend earplugs incase of noisy neighbours.

staff were largely helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage in their reception hut as late checkout wasn’t available. mosquito net on bed was good. I liked that the shower and toilet were separate in the cabins. cabins quite cute. location is right by the beach and the attached restaurant has good service and nice food.

The only downside is that the huts do need a bit of maintenance. Also be aware that some huts are beside the kitchen so can be noisy early in the morning which may be an issue for some.

The location is perfect, right by the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. The restaurant on the beach serves a good range of food at good prices. If you want a wooden hut right by the beach this place is great value for money.

Bedsheet was not clean at one time, so we asked to change and it was done immediately.

Location is absolutely amazing. Agonda beach is super beautiful, calm: less people, white soft sand and very very warm sea; it’s just 30 metres from Sunset restaurant. We placed with parents and it’s really very good place for family vacation. Food in Agonda Sunset restaurant is superb: for different preferences. We can recommend this place 100%

I stayed here during 26th to 29th December, the most happening days in Goa. We booked the property through booking.com 1) Property Location. It is placed right on the beach with superb sea view. Agonda Beach is Super clean and the crowd coming here is very decent. No bitter incidences even in the most crowded days of December End. Market and shops are nearby on the main road. 2) Room All rooms are of same size. All are wooden chalets. Room is comfortable for a couple. With kids it would be very cramped. 3 Ocean View Rooms and rest 6 are inside facing rooms. Only Ocean view room has Air Conditioning. Rooms are clean. And the best part we liked is Toilet and Bathroom is separate. Wash Basin is separate. Cleaning is done on daily basis. Room attendants are very friendly and welcoming. 3) Restaurant Seating arrangment is overlooking sea. Very relaxed, laid back kind of restaurant. Service is really prompt. Menu has got good variety of Indian, Continental, Mexican, Italian, English, Middle Eastern and Thai Food. We tried all. Cocktail Mixers are really good. Also Shots are good. Fresh Orange Juice is also must try at breakfast. But the winner of all dishes was the Dessert, 'Hello to the Queen'. We tried it first day, we liked it a lot and had it after every meal. :D 4) Service / Hospitality I would highly recommend this property just because of this point which I feel is the deciding factor while choosing your stay. Right from our check in to check out, for all 4 days we were really treated well. Mr. Uttam is very calm person who manages this property with his efficient team. Dai helped us choose restaurant menu, Anup suggested us sightseeing places to visit and recommended the Sea Kayaking activity. Kayaking was really good. Overall a complete leisure experience at Agonda Sunset.

Our beach hut was right next to the kitchen so it was not possible to sleep after 6am and before 12am. It was really noisy.

Lovely hut directly on the beach. Every hut has its own little terrace. The restaurant which belongs to Agonda sunset serves amazing food! The staff was just lovely. The beach right in front of the huts was clean with clear water!

Location was amazing. Beach was just a few steps away. Superior chalet had awesome ocean view from the balcony. There were many options to choose from the food menu. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The wardrobe in the room was too small for me.

It is a perfect place to stay in Agonda. The location is just perfect, the view is great and the rooms are cozy and clean. The food are delicious, Kudos to the chef and the waiter Anup who served us is courteous and helpful. The staff are polite and friendly. Surely, going back to this place.

The rooms are ok. Nothing available in the room other than bed, one drawer , 2 soaps and towels.

The beach facing rooms view is just fabulous. Staff is very cooperative. Even though I am a 100% vegetarian, the hotel staff served us excellent veg food like Israeli veg food, Mexican veg food etc which otherwise we would never ordered. The beach is very clean and not at all crowded. Excellent place to stay at peace for 2-3 days.
