How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool was a bit far from the villa
Spacious and aesthetic… all amenities were available. Great location! Loved the on site bar SoGo and cafe Cargo Kitchen

I booked the villa since the description said it had a private pool but that was a mistake.. and also the electricity went in the middle of the night around 3am but the generator was on so the fans and lights were working until 10:30 when the generator shut down too some switch tripped so we left in a while that was the only issue otherwise it was a good experience
The villa was beautiful it had amazing features with all the cutlery as well as kitchen appliances everything was perfect. The rooms were clean as well as the washrooms the terrace and balcony had a good view friendly neighbourhood a good place for a staycation

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful Ambience,clean and spacacious. Mr Lalit is a very polite person. Helped us in all possible way. The owner Mr Ravi handled all my queries very politely and a gem of a person. Would recommend all to stay at this Beautiful house. As it's very peaceful.

there is nothing to mention that i did not like.. i liked this place very much.
Villa was exactly it is exactly same as shown in pic's, it looked even nicer physically. all amenities and appliances were working in perfect condition. Villas was very clean and spacious. I stayed here for four nights with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a fully loaded villa with all facilities like washing machine complete functional kitchen with all utensils has both gas and induction top, refrigerator, microwave and oven. location is very near to Varca beach which was super clean and very less crowded kids enjoyed a lot. special thanks to Property Manager Mr. Lalit who was very nice to show us around the Villa and explained all things on day one. It felt home away from home. I would highly recommend this for both families and friends and if i happen to visit again i would like to come back to this accommodation again. btw this villa is in a gated community with good security and outdoor pool which was excellent.

Spare keys were not there for washrooms I hope they put it there.
Really good villa. All the facilities inside will help you to relax more. Host was amazing helped a lot throughout our stay. Will definitely come back

All was good. It's just that the property is in second phase, the common pool was under construction. But nevertheless, the stay in itself was amazing to not feel very bad about the pool.
The villa is just amazing with all the facilities that one would need for a comfortable stay. The location is very peaceful. So if you are looking for a vacation far from city's hustle, one should definitely stay here. The property manager Lalit is a gem of a person. He not just made sure we had a comfortable stay but also suggested the best places to visit around.

Slightly inside. Few restaurants around. The view from the gallery was just a construction mess. Could not keep the windows open. Was dusty in places

Only bad experience was the Manager confirmed that we could check out by 3pm since we had evening flight. But on the check out date he changed his words and asked us to checkout in the morning. That disrupted our last day plans big time!
The stay was good, rooms and other spaces were clean and all the equipments were in working condition. The kitchen has all the required amenities like hob, chimney, fridge, microwave, RO which were very useful.

Property could've been maintained better. Wasn't cleaned. Loose wiring, foul smells, missing curtains from windows Caretaker was absent.
