Location is great if you want to stay in Gurgaon, Delhi however is farther away but that was fine for us. Staff is really friendly

The interior was beautiful and the food was really good. Was a short rickshaw ride to cyber hub where there were many western bars and restaurants with a really safe and fun vibe.

I would appreciate and expect a bit bigger offer of food during the breakfast given that it's 4-star hotel. Food was good, but it felt like choices were very limited. Definitely missed proper espresso/cappuccino (only filter coffee was available).

I experienced the fastest check-in ever AIR by Ahuja Residences. It took literally 1 minute at the reception and we had the key to our room in our hands. Given that we arrived to the hotel at 1:30am, this was highly appreciated. Hotel feels to be very silent by default. Not sure if it was because I stayed there for the first time, but they upgraded my room to higher level for free. Great price for value.

The bed linen was stained and dated, the towels also. We had only two body towels (1 each) and only one face/hand towel.

It was quiet neighbourhood and we had comfortably stay. Breakfast was very nice and delicious, we had once dinner at the restaurant, it was also delicious and the prices were fair. Close to airport but far from Delhi city centre. Good internet quality.

The key lead staff member in the restaurant was rude and unhelpful and always ordering other waiters around in front of customers. but the other waiters were wonderful.

Breakfast choice was adequate. But no indication of the good coffee on offer.

I asked a couple of questions before arrival but didn't receive a response. The cost of airport transfer was too high, Uber is a better option. Before arrival I was sent an online pre check in link, i did this which involved uploading pictures of our passports and Indian visas but on arrival we still had to hand over our passports so I wasted my time.

The hotel is located 15 to 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport and walking distance from a metro station. I believe there's also a mainline railway station but we didn't use it. An excellent choice to avoid the chaos and tourist traps of New Delhi. The added bonus is that it's south of the city so it is easier to get to Agra and Jaipur by car., I would describe the hotel as professional and they tend to cater for business travellers. The rooms were clean and modern with a quiet air conditioner. It is near a main road but the sound proofing works well. Unusually for booking.com the default option is half board and both the breakfast and dinner were a buffet with lots of good choices. We enjoyed the food and the service. The gym is excellent and empty when I used it. There's a rooftop seating area.

For some reason, the internet didn't work. I could connect to the Wi-Fi, but it required signing in with the room number and last name, which didn't work for me. They promised to fix it but didn't. I didn't insist on it, though, since I had gotten a SIM card at the airport.

Whoever designed their bathtubs should re-evaluate their life choices, and what led them to designing something with looks over function in mind. EVERY SINGLE TIME you shower, the water seeps through the ill-designed water channels around the tub eventually ending up on the floor, making the whole floor wet. Extremely infuriating. The breakfast is just ok, and I'd rather plan ahead and go out.

Under 30 minutes from the airport, but at least half the price of similar hotels in aerocity. The location is decent, although the proximity of the Metro/Train makes it very busy. This also means there's lot of auto rickshaws available in the area for quick and cheap hop to a nearby place. And all-day presence of the multiple police patrol vehicles just steps from the door makes you feel safe. A word of caution: If you are visiting Delhi as a tourist, and/or intend on visiting tourist spots, almost everything is quite far. You'd be better served by just renting hotels rooms close to where you intend to visit.

The bed was not very comfortable, very soft. The double bed was basically 2 single mattresses joined together which was uncomfortable.

Dining hall cramped in peaK times. Bath mats in bathroom to better qlty in winter. Bed mattress too soft causing back pain to senior citizen. Access of call phone near bed light . Optjon of porridges for breakfast List of fine dining and happening programs in walking vicinity.

Attention to detail / Courteous staff / rooms decor and spacing of facilities / pleasant indecor colour. Frugal non oily food. Enough fruit and sprout platters.

1.Keep forgetting to return my passport or credit card, I have to be really cautious. 2. Stay in 1st floor, after 11pm, I can still hear noise from ground floor when closing the restaurant, moving tables, washing dishes.

Shower area with bath could be designed better as water was coming down and drenched the floor all the time. Wall are thin and you can hear from next door and we had a horrible guest staying next to ours and made lot of noises and shouting. I wish hotel could ban them to stay at their property, very disrespectful.

Great place from hustle bustle of Delhi, just 20 mins from Airport in clean and tidy city. Our place was amazing and front staff was fantastic. Restaurant staff was great too and food was amazing , especially Nilesh and other guy. Room was hi-tech with alexa and few cool switches. Will definitely comeback again.
