The price was 23,500 for 3 days for a room which was extremely small, it's said to be hotel but is actually a lodge. Bedsheets are not changed, complimentary water and tea bags were not provided. The kettle was dirty and never used. The phone was broken so we could not contact reception. They asked us to call through our mobile but when we did they did not do the services like get us food, drinks, plates, we had to remind several times or walk down 2 floors to go to reception and tell. There were no other restaurants nearby. And hotel did not have breakfast included even with this high price. Old bouncy beds.

When we reached the hotel staff didn't give me a room and they cancelled my booking two times. Instead they charged for me a room worth 2 times the original price for which I made the booking saying that we didn't get the booking. Since I arrived at night and was tired, I had to give in since I was traveling with family ... worst experience ever

Special Thanks to the room Attendant GURU is very talented and welcoming with a nice smile . I recommend everyone to stay in Aishwarya Le Royal Hotel with front desk always happy to receive you.. What a lovely hotel with amazing and attentive staff. SUMAN one of the hotel staff was super friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcomed and at home.

I booked room with 4 beds, balcony and view on landmark. There were only 2 beds.. And distance between beds around 40 mm only. . There were no balcony.. There were no view on landmark from window. Ac drain was a pipe from wall and all night I was listening drop drop drop drop... They give only 2 towels instead of 4, towel color was grey like it was not proper washed and smell like dust. Decorative pillows on the bed were also full of dust. I came there at 1 am for a night only - so there were no options for me to change the hotel - but the place is discussing... One of the worst experience. I selected place because as per booking Com description it was enoght place for 4 people and there were balcony with landmark view - so I didn't get.. Wonder why... Also hotel should be clean always - not like this place.

The harassment and rude and unprofessional behaviour from the manager Jaganathan. He had caused me immense stress and delayed my work.

The manager Jagannathan was very rude impolite and spoke in a respectful manner. I was shocked and when I confronted his unprofessional behaviour he projected his behaviour to another staff. I felt it was an harassment against a women and violence against a women. Jaganathan forced me to communicate with him when I refused to talk to him. This rude behaviour of Jaganathan manager has to be addressed from day one he was rude and unprofessional. He had caused me lot of stress and agony when he shouted in a rude manner in front of other customers at reception and it delayed my work . I strongly condem Mr. Jaganathan, 's behaviour. The management has to take appropriate steps to resolve this issue otherwise it will be continued. Apart from Mr. Jaganathan other staff were very polite and courteous. Thank you.

Firstly the check in process was nightmarish. The property check in time mentioned in booking.com is 12pm. We reached there at 1PM as I communicated earlier to the property (in my preferences while booking) But we didn’t get a room till 2PM. And the response from the manager was so irresponsible, in spite of the fact that we are a family with 2 toddlers and a senior citizen and we were waiting for an hour in the lobby. And comes the deluxe family room that we booked. The room was not clean at all. It had dust all around the beds with filthy bed covers. We felt like leaving the property right away seeing that. But the property ensured that we pay the full amount before we check in. Then comes the weirdest part. The next morning the property manager cancelled our booking. Asked for a reason he cleverly denied to accept that the cancellation happened from their end.

I liked only the location of the property and the good thing ends there.

I had already made an online booking before going to Mysore but the hotel told me rooms have been taken by another person and rooms not available. Very unexpected , unprofessional behaviour.
