We asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the busy road.

Second time staying here. It’s in a central location close to the train station and just a short taxi ride to anywhere else. Breakfast was nice but not many western options. Beds comfortable and staff friendly.

Allocating smaller rooms with extra bed as triple rooms. its ok but if space is not enough for movement appreciate if you dont go for this option. However staff resolved this issue soon.

The location is very busy but it is a common thing in Delhi I guess. Vehicles are noisy and even in night you can hear it.

I was a female solo traveller and I stayed 3 nights here with breakfast. The food was delicious and clean they had indian and western balanced meal. The room also was comfy with all the required things which they mentioned in the description. The staff also was very supportive specially Ms. Maya and Mr. Shashi Kumar. As a girl, I was afraid to stay in India, but this hotel was super safe. As soon as I entered I felt safe. Money exchanging is also available at the reception. Also you can find Macdonalds and dominos pizza places in walking distance.

At first we did not get the room we booked, but they changed it after one night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. This was our first time in India and honestly we did not expect much, but overall this was a good place to stay, good value for money. Also the hotel is close to the train station which is advantageous.

Lift was very congested, hardly 2 person can fit in.

Absolutely gorgeous room. So much space, beautiful Mughal decor. Amazing! Though the hotel building is quite old, but I really loved how they pulled it off with touch of Mughal set up. Amenities were modern. Breakfast was wonderful and freshly made.

The hotel is very near to the New Delhi Railway Station. Hotel was good, clean and staff was super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We got all the help we needed. We tried the Restaurant and the food was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Renovating above the room, was noisy but they moved us to a good room no extra cost, so we were happy with that

Nothing really to dislike as it was a great place for us to stay for a few nights. The street is very noisy, which might be an issue for some, but we had a back room so it was not a problem for us.

Our room was large and clean, and the hotel let us check in early and check out late, which was very helpful after a long flight from the UK. Location is good, in the busy paharganj area, so you're right in the thick of Delhi Street life!

We had a misunderstanding with the pick-up from the airport, like they were supposed to pick-up us up, but like we send our details by booking message instead of by whatsapp number, and they didn't receive on time our details.

The room was beautiful and with a great space, the bathroom was nice and the hot shower was available at all time. The staff were really helpful and try to make our experience in Delhi even better.
