How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

it is under construction. The restaurant at the premises is closed. have stayed here before covid, it was good. Now it is rundown and dirty. no maintenance . do not recommend

Not good support from the staff, the hot water was not available in the morning and kettle was not clean. Overall very unhappy for the amount that was charged

The room that I had booked was a Standard room with a Queen bed. When I reached for check-in, the staff said no queen bed rooms are available! I was given a twin bedded room, the comfort level was not good. I was told Breakfast would have multiple options, when I went there the following morning at 9am, found there was only burnt paratha and aloo sabzi along with a variant of poorly cooked masala rice and nothing else. Requested for extended check out since I checked in pretty late in the evening at about 9pm, that was denied as well. Overall, nothing to feel good about this stay. Just avoidable.
Nothing was like worthy here.

PATHETIC ....does treebo run such hotels ?? No dislikes, got Pretty much everything we wanted.
The service was excellent, polite and respectful staffs towards the customers. And delicious breakfast. Asked for laundry and iron box and stuff. Provided it then and there.

The breakfast starts at 0800, that is late. The cleanliness of the bathroom is a far cry. Dirty and the toilet seat was broken and woobly.. the shower did not work.

We facing big problem on the key card issues witch they're take it easy without salved. They also didn't bother as the same didn't want apologize. Just said technically issues. Let's us few times walk up and down to check the key is wo6or not. The staff show very bad faced. Even didn't show hotelier or respond.

The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and unfit to work in hotel industry, even though i had done the booking and my mobile number was updated in the system he kept harassing my guest for making the payments, Infact I had to tell him to contact me for the payments he was unprofessional and dumb not to understand and kept on arguing saying they will ask the guest only irrespective of who had booked the property. I will neither go to this property again and nor will i recommend anyone else to this property. Hotel management should keep educated staff who understand the basics... I have corporate tie ups with many hotels but none of them behave like this. Disgusting
I chose this hotel for one of my office colleague and apart from the location i had no other reason to book this property

There was no light on the outside Board, hence it was difficult to locate on the road, especially while it was raining and road was under construction.
It was ok for one person to get some rest and commute to office nearby. Staff was helping and food was adequate and Chef was able to understand the need.

Everything. The receptionist was rude and didn't know the type of room to be given. He didn't even check the booking and started arguing. The room provided was not clean and smelled. I had to ask someone to clean the room and use the room freshening spray to get rid of the foul smell. The staff is the worse and can't even provide an extra glass for drinking water
