Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelEverything was fine. Perhaps just add cornflakes to the breakfast, that would make it perfect! With Treebo Hotels when demand increases the price can increase considerably, especially when your stayvis openended. But some Treebo hotels continue with the initial price if you've been there for a while. Other Treebo hotels, like this one, are more business like in that respect. So I moved out. But for a booking of a specific amount of days it shouldn't be a problem.
Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable large bed, fridge in room, hot water, clean, good breakfast (also toast butter jam), nice staff, good Wifi, 10 min walk to Metro Lalbagh station. Supermarket/eatery Simpli nearby.

IndonesiaThey did not provide early check in for free although there were enough non-booked rooms. They charged 1,000 Rs for 4 hours (including breakfast). I Understand charging but I think it could be lower like around 500-600 would be fair. They should provide two towels when there are two people staying in a room. Lighting in the room could be better. The lights are kind of dim. Something like a white light would be good.
It is in a quiet place but not far from the metro station and just a few kilometers away from other key locations. It is also near the Lalbagh Botanical garden. The breakfast was decent with a buffet of Idli, Vada, one rice item, tea, kheer (yes, in the morning) and bread jam/butter toast. Room was good - not too big but good enough for two people. Bathroom too was clean and had hot water. There was kettle and tea/coffee/milk powder/sugar sachets. No iron box is available within the room although mentioned in the booking page. However there was an ironing table in the hallway, so I guess they will bring it to your room if you request for it. Staff does not bother you, they just mind their own business.

GermanyThe room could be cleaned better. None of the staff spoke English. Even after repeatedly asking for towels we were given only one. How is a family of 3 expected to survive with 1 towel, I don't understand. I had asked for early check-in and late check-out. I was told it's subject to availability. That's absolutely fine. But when I came to check-in at 12 which is not early, the room wasn't ready and we were kept waiting for 15 mins. Late check-out requests are answered at 10am on the day of checkout. This is absurd, if someone wants to go out and come back are they expected to wait for the manager to come until 10? The administration can be better.
The size of room and bathroom was very good. The bed was good. The location was good.

IndiaLobby was messed up, extra bedding was kept in that mess and provided when asked. Reception was not responding quickly, has to call 2-3 times for same reasons.
