The compound of the hotel itself is minimalistic but has all the basics. The nature surrounding the hotel is very rural but enjoyable.

Very nice stay with all necessary comfort. We had a nice deal with a bathtub and breakfast included. The compound includes a separate venue with a restaurant and a pool. We had a great dinner and breakfast. Helpful staff.

The hotel rooms were very dated and without going into great detail, they needed a complete makeover. The bathroom in particular was of a very poor condition

We were there for 3 nights. The location was good. 10 minutes to a beautiful beach with pristine sand. The restaurant was very good with a great range of dishes on the menu. The staff were very attentive, polite and helpful

The deluxe room with bathtub is pathetic. It's like a lodge. They seriously need to renovate them.

Staff seemed unwilling to give the kind of service you are normally used to in a hotel. Restaurant playing "disco music" so loud it was unbearable to eat there. Had to have my dinner brought to the reception.

Basicly a very nice place, if staff was more helpful and the premises was looked after a lot better (stayed in the old, big house, can not answer for the bungalows across the road, which seems to be a lot newer). Fantastic view over lake. Good service from restaurant across the road.

Next to a screaming family in the adjoining cottage. Bar closed too early. Part of the shower door was missing and had not been replaced.

Mismanagement was there. We booked a cottage, and the AC wasn't working. We've been provided other cottage but house keeping wasn't informed and when we're not in cottage, our cottage was opened without our consent and extra bed was setup.

We didn't receive mini shampoo and soap amenities in our room, but it was present in the other rooms we booked. When we checked in , old room service containers were still present near the entrance of our cottage , which slightly ruined the ambience. Check in was at 12pm, but we needed to checkout by 10am the next day, which felt slightly rushed, but we spoke to the reception and they let us checkout a little later.

We liked the room, and bathroom was clean and spacious. We liked the breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool. Tea kettle and coffee and teabags were also present in the room. We loved the bamboo forest ambience around our cottages.

Basic accommodation which didn't bother us at all having stayed here before but if you were expecting high standard sparkling decor you'd be disappointed. Wifi patchy and quite slow. We stayed in main building so weren't bothered by music from the restaurant at night but the cabins are near the restaurant so if you want a quiet early night you should probably not choose a cabin.

Great location - 10 mins walk from fabulous beach - very friendly staff, excellent food, especially in the evenings. Air conditioning, nice warm shower, swimming pool, room cleaned and fresh towels every day. Lovely rural views (from balcony of main building). Restaurant has special nights: great covers band one night.

The quality of equipment is not the best and bungalows suffer of humidity.

We spent 3 amazing days close to the sea in a very quiet environment and well organised with sweet bungalows. The hotel has a nice restaurant cooking good Indian food. The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to assist and advice.

There is no soundproofing as you can hear everything in the next door from snoring, every movement they made on the bed to using the toilet. It was like they were in bed with you. The pool is lovely but the sun loungers looked like they had been there since 1970

door mats were shabby & discoloured. plastic bath curtain was shabby. check out time 10 am is too early it should be 12 noon.

cottages are better then the classic & deluxe rooms. ok for budget tourists or short stay. pool area lovely. food quality is good.

The stay did not have elevator service, which was the only let down in our opinion.

The hotel staff were very helpful in sorting out things. Rooms were appropriately spacious and tidy. Minibar items were at budget prices. Right opposite to the stay is the swimming pool and restaurant. Restaurant staff were very hospitable and friendly. Their service was impeccable. Location is nearer to the beach and peaceful.

we had some girls stay next door too us and all night they were slamming doors coming in n out of their property, this wasn’t the resorts fault but they did ruin our last night there, inconsiderate

Every thing is good. Night receptionist male person really don't know how to receive guests he was very arrogant.really faced great problem with him. He don't understand what we are saying and goes in one way.other than this ever thing is simply wow. morning shift receptionist is very cooperative.
