The location was just perfect in the garden just yards from the Main Street and 3 minutes walk down the path to the beach.The owners were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. The property was excellent. Gul was excellent such a lovely lady so kind and helpful felt safe being a single lady travelling.

Gul thank you so much for taking care of us excellence service great location minutes from the beach minutes from the Main Street. 5 stars ***** Shops to visit Nomads on the main road Jewellers, Tibetan gongs singing bowls Buddhas so many beautiful items, crystals it’s Aladdins den just ask for Tarik and Farooq great guys. Another shop to visit is BLUSH on the main road sells jewellery singing bowls prayer flags bags, clothes etc. I had some tops and trousers made excellent service thank you Kunsang and Jo Jo.

The owner is absolutely lovely. The rooms are very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We had a room with a garden view which was lovely for morning/evening time when not at the beach. There is a daily room cleaning if you wish for it. They also clean all the patio areas daily which is great. We had a room that was between the beach and the main strip which is great as you don’t get woken by the busyness but are close to everything. They have use extra bottles of water also free of charge which was fantastic as we had a mini fridge in the room also. We also had AC which was a bonus but the fans in the rooms are definitely good enough to go without. Could not recommend it more highly, we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for an extra 5 nights and they gave us a great deal and did everything they could to ensure we could stay in the same room.

I can’t score this place highly enough. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the owner who is the most wonderful lady. She answered lots of questions, helped me with laundry, and even allowed me to shower and relax in a different room on the day of check out when I had a late train. The room was very comfortable and very clean, with a kettle & free tea, coffee and water which I thought was a nice touch. The property is only 20m from the beach which is fantastic, and has a beautiful shady garden with hammocks that you can relax in if the beach gets too hot (which it does if you’re from the UK/Ireland) There are so many things I enjoyed about my stay here so I’ll just say a big THANK YOU!

There is some noise from the road and from all the crows in the palm trees. Bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Very minor things: - my room was on the main road side, it was a bit noisy but I had earplugs so no problem at all - no breakfast option available at the property, but there are so many good places super near so again no issues at all

Awesome place as a base to explore southern Goa. I really appreciated: - the comfort, with good mattress and pillows - good bathroom with powerful shower with warm water available all the time, toilet paper, soap / shampoo, towels - nice balcony - mineral water provided every day free of charge - fridge, kettle and mugs / glasses were present in my room - the location, a couple of hundred meters from palolem main beach, accessed via a narrow sand path - nice restaurants and shops in the area - possible to pay by card (with very small additional fee) or cash Above all, the host is amazing, a very kind and knowledgeable woman, she gave me suggestions for where to eat (good recommendations), she booked a scooter for me, and helped arranging transport.

Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

One large bed for two friends. Would have preferred two singles but it was big enough.

Very clean. Comfortable. We had a balcony. Air con. The manageress was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Palolem. It looks a bit shabby from the front and the reception but was pleasantly surprised by the room. We had a fridge too! Water was supplied, a litre each per day. Hot showers.
