Must clean the room on daily basis. Hotel must improve the inside infrastructure bit more and must add more staff in kitchen for quick service to customer.

Location was very good, it's connected to Ganga ghat(Meer Ghat) beside Manikarnika ghat, can attend Gangaji arti from the balcony itself, spacious room and polite staff.

In hindsight, didn’t check that it is shared bathroom and toilet. Also it is squat toilet, so please be careful if you have some physical issues.

This property is right at the ghats and walking distance from KashiVishwanth Ji temple and Dashashwamedh ghat - if you have good set of binoculars, you can also watch famous Ganga Aarti from this place. Place was clean and well maintained. Staff was cooperative and courteous. You can definitely opt for this one if you’re going with Family (and they can Walk and climb stairs)

Accessibility to the location is little difficult , you have to walk atleast 15 minutes from main road , no rickshaw nothing will reach there as it is on the banks of Ganga .

AC not working multiple times, staff were not helpful. Also water served on welcome time only, after that all times it was chargeable.

Only the best part is the view from the hotel as it is in the ghat.

Everything else. We stayed from April 12 to April 15, 2024. Were given Room 118 maa Parvati and Room 102 maa ganga. Both rooms were handed to us in a semi clean state. Some furniture had layers of dust. Both the rooms were premium river facing rooms with the promise of a private balcony. Room 102 had an attached terrace balcony, but it was not private access. The balcony of room 118 was private. They do not clean the room every day unless u request 3-4 times and do follow ups. Fresh air fan in the 3rd floor toilet was out of order. There is almost no water pressure in our 3rd floor room toilet (room 118). If the next-door occupant takes a shower, you will get no water. Cooking is average. For them, extra cot means a matress on the floor. Refrigerators r in delapitated condition with the doors starting to loosen, hence not giving proper cooling. We were of family of 5 with one child and two old people. The property worked for us only because of the river view, dasawamedh ghat view and it view as well as proximity with Kashi Viswanath temple. It's one of the best options for those who just want to enjoy the river view and want to stay beside the temple. Or else, please avoid.

It is a little inaccessible as it's deep in the heart of the streets of Benaras, so one has to walk about 500m from the nearest auto stop. The shared washroom could use a Lil more space and remodeling.

The location is perfect, if you want the feel of living in Benaras. Just by the Meer Ghat. It offers fantastic views and has a super kind and accommodating staff.

Location : One Flipside of its location is that since it's very near temple, Cars & Autos can reach the hotel only till a distance. From there, one has to walk nearly 1.5 kilometers through congested & dirty small bylanes, just 4 to 6 feet wide. But it's a city problem, nothing the hotel can do about it. They do send their boys for Luggage Pick up & drop till the Place where cars can come. But Old, Infirm people who can't walk, can't stay here. But then they should not come to Varanasi in the first place, where everything requires walking. Steep Stairs : Our room was on the second floor, & climbing steep stairs up & down was tiresome after a while. No Room service : But hey, you aren't on a Pleasure tour. You're on a Teertha Yatra. Also, soaps, towels, etc were not of good quality. So carry your own. Linen & Blankets were good though. No Tea / Coffee in Rooms.

Excellent Location : Right on River Ganga, just 5 minutes walk from Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The 6 Premium Rooms had a balcony facing the River. Other Deluxe rooms were also well located. Food : Their Restaurant served very tasty Food. Mainly North Indian. Food is Pure Veg, & they don't have a Tandoor. But their Tawa Rotis & Parathas were very nice. Staff : By far, pretty Co operative & helpful. Rooms were Air Conditioned, with decent Bathroom (No separate shower cabin though). Room Charges : Quite Affordable. About 5,500 to 6K per night for premium room.

Actually I did not stay at this place. This hotel was asking me to pay the money in advance by sending me some weird QR code through watsapp which is AGAINST the booking.com policy. If this property cannot handle the terms and conditions of booking.com, they should not be using that platform
