Absolutely beautiful place, it’s a little piece of paradise! Right on the beach and really quiet. Daniela and Raji are super hosts and very helpful and attentive. They gave us such a warm welcome. The breakfast pancake and fruit are delicious. We weren’t very hungry at night and Daniela went out of her way to make us fruit. The room is beautiful and very clean. We had a beachfront room and the view is amazing! 30 steps to the beach 😬 Daniela has a dog Emy and she is a sweetheart

The staff here are just wonderful, Jackson couldn't help us enough! The place is very calm, a beautiful spot, and the room is lovely, we had a view onto the beach. It's easy to get a ride into the city for dinner and Jackson helped us get dropped where we wanted to go too. Breakfast was incredible, both the indian and western option, delicious! And value for money is really worth it! Super spot!

Lovely, peaceful stay - we were made to feel so safe and looked after. Right on the beach, which is amazing. We found our stay here really relaxing and comfortable after a busy few weeks of moving around! Lovely place

Aleppy wasn’t our favourite town but we were there for relaxation and beach time which it was perfect for!

The location for the beach is amazing! The gardens were lovely and the environment very relaxing. Reggie and Jackson were always on hand with coffees and a chat!

If I could give more than 10 I definaltely would. We absolutely loved this place from first step into the property. The hosts are such lovely people, extremely helpful and they definaltely know how to meet their guests needs. Everything was planned to perfection and they really have an amazing attention to the detail. Located on the beach, beautiful decor, with very tasty breakfast, this place is a small peaceful paradise. We could not ask for more. Definaltely our favorite stay in India We ended up changing our plans to stay an extra night as we liked it so much.

The property is a bit far from the town/restaurants so you have to tuk-tuk to most places. Sometimes the tuk-tuk drivers don’t know how to find the property so you have to be alert and guide them. However Daniela and Raji always helped call rickshaws to the beach house so we only had to figure out the returns which was very convenient.

Daniela and Raji were wonderful hosts. Raji for instance booked our train tickets for us, helped with onwards travel options, and recommended local gems. They were both always helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. They even gave us snacks for the train and made us coffee when we left the beach house at 6am! The place is right on the beach, very clean, and it serves a fantastic breakfast (we highly recommend the pancakes!). We also went on a half day trip to the backwaters which Daniela booked us onto and it was lovely.

What did we like well just about everything. The Staff are all lovely cant do enough for you, Jackson seems to appear like magic when you go looking for help. The room and location were both exceptional. We loved our stay there, totally recommend this place. Big Thanks to Danielle (Hope I spelt that right) and her staff. Twas all awesome

Fabulous place and location for either a short stay or several chilled out days (like ourselves) Daniele, Jackson and team work tirelessly to keep the place spotless and ensure guests are very well looked after. Great to find somewhere with comfortable seating and hammocks to lounge in. Rooms are large and lovely. Breakfast was fabulous. Tea and coffee plentiful. Ignore the few bad reviews, there is always some entitled idiot who if they don't get their own way seeks to cause damage and gets their mates to join in. The joys of being in business. As for the new bypass, you don't know it's there once you are in the little Oasis of calm. It did offer some welcome shade when venturing out on foot. We liked Raheem for food and beers and Namaste Tiffin in town for Dosa etc

Although a little difficult to find by my taxi driver from Kollam after asking around a few tuk tuk drivers in Alleppey we found it behind an unassuming gate not far from the beach. I was greeted by Jackson a young local Keralan who worked for Daniela the owner. Both Daniela and Jackson made my stay as perfect as it could have been with great breakfasts every morning, endless cups of coffee and advice on where to eat and things to do. Daniela is German and speaks perfect english so we had a lot of informal chats whenever we had an idle moment. The Beach garden is actually right on the beach about a mile south of the main Alleppey Beach area so just opening a gate onto the beach leads you down for a swim in the sea or a short walk to see local fishermen and their boats. As the beach faces west be prepared for lovely sunsets every evening. Its a perfect place to relax, quiet and slightly sheltered from the breeze that seems to blow constantly along the coast.

Our stay at Alleppey Beach garden was perfect. The hotel has big clean and comfortable rooms - we took the one with beach front and it was worth the small extra price. The hotel is away from the crowded part of Allepey and directly with access to beaches. Staff was very helpful, they always offered drinks and helped us booking some activities and gave valuable insider tips (yoga, houseboat, taxi, train tickets). Daniela, the German owner of the place is super nice and makes every dream come true, we extended for one additional night because we liked it so much :) Thank you!!

There is nothing not to like!

I really loved my stay and if I’d known how good it is, I would have booked more nights! Firstly is the warm welcome from Daniella and also Jackson, and I felt very safe at the beach garden. The ten steps to the beach (!) are a massive plus, breakfast was amazing and the layout with the hammocks and chairs and shady spots brings about a calm and relaxed vibe. I was fortunate to run into some lovely other guests too, and our trip to town for dinner made a happy moment!

Fabulous hotel. The location was quiet and right on the beachfront. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the greenery in the grounds well kept. Breakfast was super. Daniela and Jackson were so kind and very helpful - recommending places to eat, bookingTuk Tuks . Nothing was too much trouble for them. She even gave me an adaptor plug to keep for the rest of our holiday in India. Daniela arranged an overnight Houseboat cruise for us which was wonderful. Highly recommend this property.

We found a little corner of paradise here. The garden is incredibly beautiful and curated, in front of the beach with beautiful hammocks and a lovely dog. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet, away from the noise of the city. The host, Daniela, and Jackson are super helpful and nice! Daniela helped us big time with several services (ATMs, Sim card, etc.) that we needed when arriving to India. 100% recommend 👌

Danielle, Jackson and the staff were all very welcoming and nothing was too difficult for them.The property is by the beach with our room overlooking it. We swam in the sea every day. There is move evening meal provided at Allepey gardens but there are a number of good eating places that were recommended in town (a short Tuc Tuc ride away or about 500m stroll along the beach. Last night we walked back in the dark watching the small crabs run up he sand ahead of the waves. Fishing boats are hauled up onto the beach and there always seemed to be a cricket match being played by the locals in front of the accommodation. We felt that it was a safe environment and we found the Kerrela people all very friendly. Danielle recommended a houseboat and a kayaking company which were both great fun. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms amazing and we were pleased to come back for an extra night. Currently there is a flyover road being built along the entire coastal route. This did not affect our stay at all. A great place to explore from or just to relax and wonder along the beach to enjoy the sunsets.

The property was a perfect guest house close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They kindly arranged a tuk tuk service and a boat trip which made for a great day out. They suggested a great restaurant in town which was one of the best meals we have had.

Nothing. I loved this place - it was my favorite accommodation during 2 weeks in India.

The location was perfect - it is a beautiful beach get-away tucked off the beaten path. The grounds were wonderfully maintained and the staff were amazing!! Daniela and Jackson work very hard to make sure that all guests have what they need. I found this place because my travel plans had changed but I could only stay 1 night….I loved it so much I came back for another night! This is the perfect place to relax and re-group in a clean, peaceful and wonderful place! I was so happy to find the Beach Garden….I hope to be back someday!
