Although the food was good,some of the starters were expensive.Like the Butter garlic prawns were only 6 prawns per portion which was for 490 rupees, Overall the food was good in taste and quality though.

The location was superb.Just 5 minutes away from the beach.The room was spacious and well kept Complimentary breakfast was good.

There was some slow communication with the hotel initially as we tried to change our dates. This is just something to be aware of, as it might be you are not able to change your dates easily in a short timeframe.

We loved the pool! And the whole time we were there only a few others that used it. There were 4 sun loungers and a small seating area with some shade. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed breakfast.

More sunbeds required around the pool and no shade provided, which is pretty important for a rooftop pool.

An espresso machine would be a great asset to the breakfast and any other time. Housekeeping needs vast improvement. Ladies kept forgetting to leave towels or toilet paper after cleaning, always rushing.

The location is great. The owner, Eldrin, and the staff are very attentive. Comfortable room. Pictures are true representations of the hotel. Pool is fantastic and the view from the poolside.

felt like a new-ish property but with a couple of problems. The rain shower didn't work, but the hand-held did. The door handle on the sliding door to the balcony was broken on the outside, making me worried I'd get stuck out there. restaurant was decent pool but I didn't use it located very close to the beach, in a busy part of goa. Suited me but might not suit everyone.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent staff, always welcoming and kind. Very decent restaurant, especially for dinners. We had live music performances every night with very good performers. Somehow they managed to pull out fun and cozy parties every evening. Despite that, we did not get any noise in the room and had very good rest. Open buffet breakfast could have been better but the english breakfast plate vas delicious and sufficient to get full.

When I put do not disturb light on, I still received calls and knocks (once or twice) not a big deal at all though. They were just making sure I had everything I needde.

I loved the buffet breakfast, some of the most authentic food during my entire stay in Goa.

Service was efficient and friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The barman made amazing cocktails with attention to detail. The new year evening was pleasant with sky lanterns Amma live music. It is a few minutes from the beach with many shacks

The bathroom wasn't clean and it smelt bad as it didn't have an exhaust. The toilet paper provided looked soggy and not fresh . The towels were not fresh and had few stains.

1. Please consider the mattress quality for the beds 2. The room should be more ventilated especially bathrooms

1. The location is perfect if you are looking for a near beach property 2. Food quality was very good and tastes yummy 3. Even if the check in was allowed at 2 pm the property allowed us to check in early as we reached early 4. All the staff members are very much polite and client friendly

The owner and manager accommodated us at 7am when check in was at 2 pm without requesting additional fees ...all ither homes required an extra night fees..I felt they went the extra mile to accommodate us as the weather was so bad

The bathrooms could be a little cleaner, and the sheets had some stains. Overall the rooms could have been a little cleaner.

The pool was amazing! Beautiful view and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, something different everyday.
