One of the manager came to our room directly to remind us to check out on time. This should have been avoided given we already confirmed that we would be checking out on Time

Nice Location, Good Breakfast, Nice and Clean rooms. Nice Big Garden where kids can play and we can sit back and relax. Stayed in Family room where kids can stay with you on a separate double bed.

The breakfast spread has freshly cooked food as well as cereals etc, some more fruits would have been definitely welcome. Duvet cover had marks / stains. Washroom had a broken switch and a cracked slab.

Well located , good restaurants and shopping near by. Courteous staff. People at the front desk were able to help with local information. The property has a huge lawn with seating . Good beds / mattresses to rest after the long and tiring walk up till Bhawan. Spacious room.

Cleanliness of the rooms, linens and sheets could be a notch more premium quality. Most importantly attention to details for small items like coffee sachets in every room (missing in 1 room out of 2 booked), toiletries for number of people checking in the room to be made available prior to check in and providing at least two pillows per person upfront is something that will make the stay experience even better.

The huge parking space for people driving, like me. The beautiful lawn at the backside of the property, the staff at reception, services and surrounding shops. Multiple good food chain restaurants like McDonalds, Dominos, Sagar Ratna etc are walking distance etc are key factors. Not to forget the free pick and drop services to trekking starting points.

The hotel is really good. Food and other services are good. Staff is very nice and helpful. I had a really pleasant stay. Hotel also provide cab from and to banganga. Overall the staff helped in travelling local. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

During power-cut ac went off and weather was little hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep properly. But fan was working and temperature was moderate so we managed it. Slightly expensive.

I visited Katra with my wife and kids for Mata Rani darshan. We stayed in a family suite having two double beds. Room was very clean with garden view. Breakfast at ground floor restaurant was good. We ordered dinner in room and food was very tasty. Hotel staff was very good. They offered free cab service to drop us at Helipad. Overall we all enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom door does not get locked from outside , also the exaust was not working and when i told house keeping he said its automatic but in my 3 days of stay it never worked. And with a family obviously i need more towels which even after telling he dint bring in next day.

The hotels lobby, room , cleanliness and breakfast. They give you complimentary water bottles every day. The tv and the channels provided are a huge list so you wont get bored

The property is very nice and near to the airport. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They also offer a pickup and drop facility to balganga the starting point of yatra and also they provided us a drop to the railway station free of cost but it depends on the availability of the car. The breakfast was also excellent specially the prathas. Definitely gonna stay there again. And a big thanks for the hospitality by the staff.
