1. Booking.com will immediately ask for 30% advance once you book the property. It is not free booking as advertized. 2. I had informed in advance that I will be coming by car and need a spot for parking. However, the property does not have parking, even though I received a message that parking is available from Booking.com manager(Whatsapp screen shot can be shared if needed). 3. On complaining to the front desk and Booking.com, they simply say find another place if you are not satisfied. This means you forfiet 30% of the booking amount(WhatsApp screenshot can be shared). As a customer, you lose in the fight b/w the hotel and broker. They simply blame each other. 4. Approach road is too narrow and stinky as well. 5. After the final ordeal and complete payment made(I got no rebate for the hassles), I have received a message to reconsider my review. In my view, not a very proffessional approach. I have WhatsApp messages of this communication. The contact point for me at Booking.com was +91-9090176000. Once you run into an issue, people start becoming rude and basically dont care.

Cleanliness. The mat was dirty. The bed sheets were not clean with marks all over. Second day was good as we requested house keeping to change.

The bathroom were stinking....and floor was slippery. Service was very poor...had to call twice to have handwash bottle filled. Only 2ps Rs 3.Medimix soap and 2 ps Rs 1 Clinic plus shampoo as toiletries given . I wonder how this hotel has a 4 star rating in booking.com. it's a scam 4 star rating.

I was promised a late check in and check out basis which i made the payment in advance. After checkin the hotel management backed out as insisted i check out early. Unprofessional behavior

Location is pathetic stinking road in the middle of a slum of hotels and difficult to approach with no parking at the hotel. Rooms are stinking with unclean bedsheets with hair.

The location is on the street and there is no car parking or not even a way for us to walk. It's on a thickly populated street and reaching the place is a bit hard as we have to drive through that for a bit long. Though we didn't feel any issues in person but it feels unsafe to walk to nearby places, like the beach, which is very nearby.

Location is bad. It's located inside a narrow lane and you can't expect a peaceful sleep. Dogs in the lane keep barking, autos , tempos make noise. Bedsheets were stained. My kid spilled tea in the room and the housekeeping staff was too disappointed to come clean the room No locker facility

dirty bed sheets, rooms were dirty, hallways dirty like ongoing construction, booking.com needs to do better job verifying these type of shady properties or it will loose my confidence booking based on their pictures alone,

The bath room was not closing from outside;so the room was changed.In the new room also the bathroom was not closing from inside.The problem was fixed temporarily,but persisted later. 2) No water was given when the room was occupied.Water was provided only after reminder. 3) No attendant available at 5 o clock in the morning.To get a bottle of water/tea the guest has to come down. 4) Breakfast service starts at 8am in the morning, but checkout time is 7am.The guest is required to check out at 7am ,keep the luggage at the reception and take complementary breakfast.This discrepancy should be removed. 5) Location of the hotel is inside narrow lane;difficult for taxis to move /take turns.
