Our TV wasn’t working… that’s the only thing. They did try to fix it… but something was wrong.

My friend and I came to Goa for a staycation and Andores was the perfect place for that. We actually had an other booking but it got cancelled the night before our trip and we were very worried. We immediately booked Andores and they were so helpful. We reached a little earlier than our check in time and they were so helpful and helped us get freshened up early. We went to the spa which was heavenly. It was also pretty affordable. We spent the rest of the day walking to the beach and then in the pool which was super clean and great for a dip. The staff were always helpful and the property is super clean and scenic. The room was stunning too. It had a really nice balcony which was where we spent our night. Everything about this place is amazing and I hope someday I can have my wedding party here. It is a perfect place for an event. Thank you so much Andores for the great stay! They also helped us book a scooter. Will definitely stay longer next time!

This is as good as it gets. The pool was clean and comfortable. The buffet was excellent. All food items were fresh and well made. Our room was large and spacious. Bathroom was clean and well furnished. It was a wonderful experience.

Shower could be better. The doors all have small gaps which allow mosquitoes to get in easily (we were killing around 10-15 per day). Some guests were waited on around the pool (having food and drinks orders taken) whereas others weren’t.

Large bed, spacious room, modern bathroom. Small balcony. Friendly staff and very accommodating (allowing late check out free of charge). Tailored breakfast when requested. Nice restaurant and bar. Good size pool for the property size. Quiet and peaceful.

Friendly staff with excellent service. Rooms where spacious and clean. Pool area was exceptionally clean. Food was amazing, wide variety for breakfast and lunch. Spa services were good value for money.

The property is absolutely stunning. A beautiful oasis amidst the chaos. The pool is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of swimming in with all the lights and fragrant flowers all around. Breakfast was first rate, the wonderful staff could not do enough for us. Loved the room size and the shower was fabulous.

Do not stay in room 203 if you want to sleep!! The pizza restaurant behind plays music from midday until sometimes 4am in the morning. They have a pool table that the locals use to all hours and it gets very noisy. It is an outside restaurant/ bar and so sound carries. On our second day of our week we mentioned this but nothing could be done. We went to the beach to sleep instead during the day. The pool area has a noisy flue system nearby for the restaurant that starts up once the restaurant opens. At first we thought it was construction work going on outside. We think it broke one day when it popped and banged for an hour. We still had a beautiful holiday but sadly this did spoil it a bit.

We loved this hotel very clean with attentive staff in beautiful surroundings. The pool area is beautiful and very well looked after. The restaurant on site is excellent providing good food delivered to you at the pool area. Breakfast is amazing every morning. We never found the spa and did not see a sign for it so not sure if there was one. The location is excellent.

This hotel was exactly what to expect for a 5 stars experience. 10 out 10 in costumer service, staff, facilities, services.... the best breakfast I had in a long time! massage services very good and affordable... perfect place to stay to relax.

We visited with family with young kids, enjoyed everything about the property. Breakfast was exceptional spread to accommodate tastes. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Their restaurant Cinnamon had exceptional taste , accommodated kids likings and were consistently delivering good food. The pool was so clean that we went almost everyday and preferred that over beach. Spa was also so good. If you are traveling with kids, definitely recommend this property.

Resort was really clean, and had a great swimming pool. Very kid friendly and breakfast was superb with the quality and spread. Room was spacious and nice interiors. They gave really tasty welcome drink.
