How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

No windows in the room and my room 101 was by the reception which was noisy throughout the night and early morning.
It close proximity to Terminal 2 international airport.

The staff was very kind but sometimes a little confused, we often had to ask them the same things several times. Good quality of food in the restaurant but poor selection. Many typical foods in India were not present.
Cleanliness apart from a few cockroaches, very kind staff, very helpful reception, good food for lunch and dinner, very good internet connection. Location close to the airport.

Location is quite bad due to market area and traffic.
Rooms is small but well organised.. looks nice.. Service is good.. But overall it's value for budget hotel.. You will never find this type of hotel in this price..!! Mist stay.!

Bathroom had some water clogging and the water pressure in the Toilet flush was not optimal. The location is close to the airport. However, the outside place is not very posh locality. Yet, it is very safe to travel even in the night.
I must say that it exceeded all my expectations in terms of service. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist from the start. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met promptly and professionally.

The neighborhood is very sketchy. How sketchy? I do not have adequate words to describe it. But the hotel is safe, with wonderful staff. Check in, enjoy the hotel and their amenities and do not go out kinda neighborhood. They couldn’t process international cards and I had to pay by cash (which is an inconvenience, given the sketchy neighborhood and search for an ATM) hopefully they will have that fixed soon They do rent it to “sketchy walk in couple”. I hope they will stop doing that. It will only raise their standard higher if they stop such and I am sure because of their wonderful staff they will be very successful. I will come back for sure. But with my family? Nope for now.
The staff were absolutely amazing. One cant say enough about how amazing the staff were. Its close to the airport and rooms are decent sized and clean. Proper clean washroom. Food I ordered were nice.Wifi speed and connectivity absolutely perfect. Once again did I mention staff were absolutely amazing? The price paid makes it a very good value for money.

Stuff ordered me tuk tuk to the airport. It was my last night before flight. So I left money exactly what stuff told me (not more then 100 rs). I asked stuff few times I need to go to terminal 2. And tuk tuk driver brought me in terminal 1 (before getting out I asked him is it terminal 2 and he said yes). I had only 100 rs but driver asked me 150. Long story. When I come inside the airport I was told it's terminal 1. And terminal 2 is 4,5km away. I'm with no money at all. And I have a very expensive international flight through half of the world. I managed. It was hard. And very stressful. 2am night alone in india. It was scary. And very very hard. I'm Russian and my bank card does not accepted anywhere in the world and I was out of cash because stuff of the hotel told me 100 is the max price
Very helpful and friendly stuff. They are always on your side. Even when delivery boy tried to cheat you on your change) but there is some prob with service read please farther It's the cleanest hotel I have ever been in india. They really know how to wash the floor and bathroom. In india is very low level of cleaning. This hotel is doing really good.

Stayed one night, but checked in @ 8am (for a small charge) after a rough and sleepless train journey from Goa. A lovely clean and comfortable room, fantastic soft bed and a duvet!!! In house food was pretty good too. Very easy to get an Auto at 3,30am, airport is 5 minutes away. Very reasonable price for the level of comfort offered.

Booked this guesthouse as needed a quiet room just prior to a flight. However a couple of hours in to my stay there were drilling noises from the room next door. I complained that even though late in to the night there was drilling, the staff member assured me it would soon stop. However, this was not the case, although there were periods of quiet it started up again, I complained again, same reassurance. This went on up to midnight, then stopped, apparently was a plumber working late, at 1.30am I departed for my flight, exhausted.
Staff were courteous, rooms were modern, well equipped and clean, the bed was comfortable with a good mattress.
