We were disappointed when we were told that they wouldn't serve us eggs for breakfast when we went up. The waiter then begrudgingly organised this for us.

This seems very common in India, but bugs can get in the bathroom because there is no screen on the window, just glass panels that don’t entirely close. The toilet seat was stained (it looked really gross) and the toilet itself had a crack but was repaired. My children weren’t comfortable in the bathroom so that made things difficult for me. I was dissatisfied with that aspect of the room, but the rest was very nice. I didn’t realize that outside food was not permitted, so that was hard because we have young kids who can’t stay out late for dinner, and are picky eaters.

Staff was A1. Friendly, helpful and patient. They went above and beyond at every turn.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ariana Residency in Mumbai, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, I would like to commend Laxman, Faizur Rahman, and Zubair for their exceptional service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanour, and willingness to assist with any requests truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or attending to my room needs promptly, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. I also want to express my appreciation for the receptionist, whose courteous and efficient manner made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay and left a lasting impression. As for the amenities, while the breakfast was satisfactory, what stood out to me was the delightful selection of teas, juices, and the delicious bread pakora. It was a wonderful way to start the day, and I looked forward to indulging in these treats each morning. Another highlight of Hotel Ariana Residency is its convenient location near a metro station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the vibrant city of Mumbai and navigate my way around easily. Overall, my experience at Hotel Ariana Residency was nothing short of excellent, thanks in no small part to the exemplary service provided by Laxman, Faizur Rahman, Zubair, and the receptionist. The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. I am surprised that guests have not fallen and hurt themselves. The air in the corridor and elevator was musty.

No safety deposit locker provided...which is not fair if they have advertised one especially if you have guest travelling from overseas to keep their travel documents secure. Bathrooms were very tiny to use

For the price of 10k, the room isn't that great. It's just not worth the price. The space, facilities, air conditioning is super. inconvenient. The toiletries weren't in place for a guest of 3. The sofa cum bed wasn't stiff. The condiments were only for a size of 1. Default facilities and services had to be asked for.

The staff was friendly and was quick in providing the food and facilities.

The price is considered high compared to the quality of the place and the cleanliness is not the best. The bed needs to change all the pillows, because it is not clean. I requested a new pillow and he was replaced with a new one. I thank them for their cooperation. Their breakfast is very modest and there are not many varieties. I hope they make more dishes. The place is not considered special for tourists or visitors to the city. But it may be suitable for someone who has a job close to him.

The staff are all very helpful and kind and always serve the guests. I liked something that I did not expect... which is the presence of the direction of the Qibla. I liked the tea. Karak.. It was very delicious.
