The breakfast was simple but good. The rooms were maintained very clean. Good customer service. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would prefer to stay again.

1. Breakfast timings could be a little earlier. It starts at 830am, could prepone it to 8am at least. People may want to eat and leave. Keeping it a later time either deprives them of breakfast or delays their activities. 2. Cats were freely roaming around inside residing areas, dining areas, sitting on chairs, tables etc. It is not hygienic to have pets roaming around. 3. In the pantry areas saw unwashed plates and trash kept probably of the past night. Keeping such things overnight invites pests and cockroaches which again is unhygienic. 4. Kindly provide an electric socket for kettle table ( room 602). We had to use the socket near bedside for kettle. 5. Bathroom is slippery when it gets wet, better to provide antiskid mat to prevent anyone from getting hurt. 6. Staff insisted on cash or UPI payment, discouraging card payment stating most of the time card machine doesnt work.

The 1st time when I booked I got an apartment and this time also I did the same booking but they offered only one room which was completely perfect for a couple but we came in the acceptance of apartment room For complimentary breakfast I have a suggestion if they can update the menu

It's very close to Hotel Grand Hyatt and the manager (Mr Francis) and the staff are very friendly and they make you feel like you are family or friend. Nice rooms and good breakfast.

There was only one power outlet in the room making it difficult for 3 person to charge their devices.

It was decent breakfast. The offering was bare minimum. More variety should be added to give options. People serving were extremely pleasant and professional.

Apartment needed a bit of updating. Breakfast range could be better and in a larger room. Difficult for taxi to find the property. Noisy outside.

Spacious. Great for self catering. comfortable beds. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast range was ok. They made me omelette to order. Cups should be bigger, however the staff were very good and made me 6 little cups of black tea! Security gates.

The location during daytime is fine but at night the noise from outside is horrible.... couldn't sleep at all. Also the shower head is in the middle of the bathroom so everything gets soaked and breakfast was very limited. Staff was alright and when you talked to them they were nice, but they didn't greet you going in or out?

The room and beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean!

The receptionist who greeted me, it was the moment of payment, constantly asked for cash while I insisted on paying with a card. He led me to waste 1.5 hours of time talking to my bank where he convinced me that something was wrong with my card. After checking the card with the parent bank, everything was fine with the card. I come to the reception again, he tries to swipe the card again, the card doesn't go through and he asks me for cash again. Of course I won't pay like that. The point is that the POS machine from the hotel does not accept international cards, which he did not tell me, but when the second shift of the receptionist came, he politely told me in one second that the machine does not accept international cards, but that I can pay via the internet application. What did he want with those percentages, but it looked like he wanted to “steal the money” Another situation is that during my stay, on the last day before going out, three guys came to change identical armchairs in the room. Circus!!! Guys, this is not done while the guests are in the room, since you knew that I leave the room much earlier, my departure was at 2 am, which is 8 hours before check-out from the hotel. I would certainly like to hear your answer. I kindly thank you.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Could be cleaner but if you are out all day and only staying there to sleep at night then the beds and bathrooms are ok.

2 bedroom apartment is convenient when you have a family and a lot of luggage. The staff were excellent, polite and very helpful. The location is central and convenient if you are travelling both North and South Mumbai.
