Its location seemed pretty far from attractions in the South which wouldn’t be a problem were it not for the crazily bad traffic in Mumbai. We stayed there quite a few nights to the point that our rubbish bins were overflowing which was slightly unpleasant. It would be good if bins could be emptied every so often.

The rooms were very spacious with extra facilities such as a microwave, hob, cooking and cleaning bits and a washing machine which was amazing. The aircon was and fans were great in keeping us cool. We ordered food to our rooms which was cheap, fast to arrive and delicious. They also offer a free breakfast which was decent but not as good as the food that you can buy there, but that’s to be expected. We also got complementary snacks and water which was lovely. They store bags for you after checkout at no extra cost and the reception staff are very friendly. They have a lift which is good if you don’t like climbing stairs.

There was no water in the bathroom till 4.30 pm. And Fridge wasn't working atall . After several calls made to the reception they tried resolving water issues in the toilets.

Location to airport great, they organised a taxi for us a fraction of of the price of what the airport charged us on the way in. Food is really good delivered to your room. Staff are very friendly . Good air con.

The breakfast was ok but not many choices plus there were only 2 tables, which were always full with other people. Often we had to go back to our room and then come back later. The kitchen had few small roaches. The location is an extremely busy area with the traffic honking all the time till late in the night and besides almost everyday there was traffic jams on the corner.

The rooms & bathrooms were of good size, the manager & staff was very helpful & polite. There were 2 lifts, so easy to get one of them without waiting too long. The apartment was serviced whenever we required. Breakfast was included and bottles of water were provided everyday (some days we had to remind them).

The shower was messy and tricky to use, using a bucket to not have water everywhere. I also don't think that the vibe was welcoming, for the breakfast part.

The hotel is 15 drive from the airport, you can take uber or prepaid taxis to go for cheap. The hotel accepted a late check in due to our arrival time and we are grateful for that, even got a welcoming tea. We had to pay on the day of arrival which I think it's better to do at the end of the trip, in case we order food etc. Payment had to be in cash. My advise would be get a SIM card !
