The rooms were very clean and fresh. We got two rooms with excellent views of Kalimpong city and could also see sunrise from our room windows. The wifi connectivity and speed was very strong and reliable and I was able to do some work as well. Cafe Mars, which is part of the hotel, is also very clean and the staff provides tasty and hygienic food. Coming to staff, Pavan, Rohan and Purnima were extremely helpful and nice to us. They assisted us with anything and everything and we are very grateful for their warm hospitality. I will definitely stay at Hotel ARMS when I visit Kalimpong again.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Little out of town which I like as it is a calm neighborhood

It’s a bit out of the main town, which means it’s an uphill walk from where the buses drop you (unless you get a taxi). But, it does mean you’re closer to the monastery at the top of town, and it’s probably quieter than other places. At times other guests were extremely noisy whilst I was there. But this wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Such lovely rooms, with absolutely beautiful views, and so wonderfully clean! Really comfy bed and pillows and duvet too. The lady working in reception was extremely kind and friendly and polite. I was so impressed with her professional service - whilst I was checking out, another guest came to the reception after me wanting to check out too. As is so often the case, he didn’t want to wait his turn. He repeatedly tried to talk over me and check out before I was finished. Each time the lady at reception politely explained she was in the middle of helping me and would come to him next. Thank you!

Near to city center of Kalimpong but little tricky to find the exact location of the hotel.

Rooms with nice views of hills having all amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Staffs are excellent and responsive. Foods were good.

The location of the hotel, it’s a bit away from the main road. Not a problem if you have your own vehicle!

Pavan and team did a really good job with welcoming us. They were flexible enough to provide us rooms based on our comfort. The food was delicious and the view from the rooms were breathtaking

Climbing the stairs was a bit tedious for us. If some more dishes could be added in the cuisine it would be great.

this is an awesome place to stay. The hygiene, the cleanliness, and the quality of food is very impressive. The hospitality is superb. Whenever I will visit Kalimpong, i will stay at Hotel Arms. Thanks to Mr. Pawan. Thanks to the hotel owner for inviting us for a musical evening (in the restaurant of hotel) with nice snacks and local liquor. The stay will remain as one of the best memories of my life.

The whole experience was amazing. Superb hospitality, spacious room, nice view from window, easily accessible. Whenever, I will go to Kalimpong in future, I will certainly stay again i. Hotel Arms.

The price could be lower

The room was excellent. Lighting, decoration and everything exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely friendly. Location was good and at the rate i think it was great.
