Noisy neighbourhood - I was woken up early morning by commotion in the street. Room was quite small but ok for a night or two. Could not get hot water to work for early morning shower so cold it was. Had to leave early so did not get to try breakfast.

Relatively close to the airport and some interesting areas nearby. This place is inexpensive however you get what you pay for. If you are on a brief stopover and were not planning on staying in your room much then it's worth it. The staff were fine and it was relatively clean.

The shower is not functional due to low water pressure, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room that are preventing my husband from falling asleep.

The location is perfect .near to airport and value for money.

Discriminatory treatment: Initially booked a room for one person, tried to add another person, but was denied due to being a foreigner and the other person being from Mumbai. Ended up booking another room in a different hotel due to the discrimination encountered. Hot water only available for washing feet with the lower tap, no hot shower. TV channels were non-functional.

Not maintained well . The location is in a filthy environment . Staff were cooperative. But rooms are very, .very small if one person has to enter another one has to come out. Cleanliness is also not up to the mark. All mosquitoes 🦟 roaming around 🙄

"The bathroom is not clean, and there is no hot water. Additionally, the toilet flush is not working, and there are flies everywhere. I booked a single room, but upon early check-in, the room was not available, even though I confirmed my reservation two days before arrival. I paid an additional fee for early check-in but am still waiting for my invoice."

A rat running across the floor when we Got up at 3 am. The AC didnt work and the fan was noisy. The window was left open so the room was full of mosquitos when we arrived

Booked a single room. It were smaller than the photos made it look. Bed was very small. I'm 5'5 and my feet were hanging off the end. Mosquitoes in room. My friend had no water in her room for a shower.

Hotel is close to the airport and cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no fresh air or opening windows in my room, so it was stuffy. There was a lot of noise outside, i did expect some noise as it is in a Mumbai industrial area but did not expect to be awoken by it at 4am. This is not the fault of the hotel and was probably just bad timing.

It was close to the airport, the staff were very helpful. They took contactless card payment. The bedding was very good and clean, there was AC, room service and food menu at reasonable price. A taxi was arranged and wake up call.

The room didn't have a window and the one in the bathroom was broken. Furthermore there were rats in the room which kept us awake for most of the night. They were eating our trash and even walked on the bed!

The cleaner started knocking my door 4hours before check-out every hour or so. Ruined my sleep with several hours. No working shower.

Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go

The place is not like what was advertised on the booking.com. not ideal at all as it is infested with bedbugs.
