Hotel is inside an industrial unit. Approach not very nice. Towels were not very clean. Got them changed a couple of times. Breakfast was average.

There are see through windows over the door from the hallway side. Might affect one's privacy in exceptional circumstances if someone is peeping from outside/cleaning hallway ceiling (specially for women and couples)

No noise in my room (no window room). It was relaxing as the hotel is very near to the airport and directly in line with the runway.

The fact one has to pay for a visitor is ridiculous. I payed twice 700 rps (although it was in the time frame of 24h) and the friend just stayed for 2 h each time. The concept of paying per person doesn’t make sense. A hotel “rents out” the room and has no added effort or costs if two people stay in a room that is meant for 2 persons. So I ended up paying 1400 Rps to use a 2 person bedroom the way it’s meant to be.

The personal is polite and their service is good.

The room was very small and had no windows. The location is not great for finding places to eat, you need to get a tuktuk/taxi.

Room doesn't have any windows so there is no ventilation and sometimes you fell suffocated.

Overall good place to stay with good service and cleanliness. Staff was very cooperative.

It’s a bit difficult to find, entrance via a gate and it’s kind of behind. We had a bit of situation in the night that one of the staff member tried to open room, which wasn’t pleasant - I think it was a mistake.

Hotel is clean, room maybe wasn’t the biggest but for one night it didn’t matter. Bathroom big, warm shower which is important. Very close to the airport.

Tried to charge us more, after showing the booking confirmation, charged the right amount without saying a word. No water supply in the evening, however tried to solve the situation quickly. No hot water in the morning. Wrong location on Booking.com map, check Google maps for the right location.

My room didn’t have a window and was a bit too close to the reception. I booked last-minute so I assume I got one of the last ones left.

Dental and shaving kits not provided. No slippers available in the room. Had to buy the dental kit. No breakfasts provided though I had paid for it Approach to the reception area is absolutely not good

the property is part of a warehouse, thus it was very unexpected and initially, confusing.

the property is in a surprising location that gave quick connectivity to all the key transport and bazar locations but also giving a suburban feel.

The entrance was a bit tricky to find, being behind a large compound door and upstairs. Providing a little more info or pictures for guests before their stay would be helpful. Bed was very firm.

Cleanliness just okay-ish, very loud during the night as walls are very thin (constructions in the hotel, airplanes, mosque, people from rooms next to us), no windows (and if you get one you look on a wall), bad ventilation, recurring problems with water supply (no water one evening, low pressure one evening, brown water), shower heater is very bad (first it gets way too hot and after 90 seconds its cold), cigarette smell in our room theblast morning
