Professional, friendly and helpful managment Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide choice of Indian and Continental food. Quite rooms, slightly off the mainstreet. Nice-size hotel with Indian and foreign tourists with a very pleasant atmosphere for a chat and encounter either in the garden or in the restaurant.

I didn’t like the smell of my room. Unfortunately they use strong smelling cleaning fluids.

The friendly and helpful staff, the garden and musicians. Very good choice of food for breakfast.

I must express my dissatisfaction with the blankets provided, especially in the winter season. The blankets fell short in terms of warmth and coziness, which impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Despite the hotel's commendable efforts in creating a homely atmosphere, the insufficient insulation of the blankets proved to be a significant drawback during colder nights. As a guest, I believe that a comfortable and warm bed is essential for a restful stay, particularly in the winter months. The pricing of tea within the hotel seemed a bit steep compared to what I expected.

The hotel's traditional cuisine, reminiscent of homemade meals, was a highlight. The fair prices added to the satisfaction, making dining at the hotel a budget-friendly yet delicious choice. What impressed me equally was the on-site store at the hotel. It offered a variety of items at the best prices, surpassing the costs at external stores catering to tourists. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, ensuring I had everything I needed without breaking the bank. The hotel's location proved to be the cherry on top. Situated in a prime area, it provided easy access to key attractions and saved me from the hassle of navigating through the city. For a traveller seeking a homely atmosphere, cooperative staff, and a central location at reasonable prices, Hotel Arya Niwas is undoubtedly the ideal choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a memorable and affordable stay.

    Nothing in particular

Room was comfortable and had good basic amenities - toiletries, AC/heat and TV. Wifi was pretty decent as well although the process of getting connected is a little more involved than at other hotels. Also really liked the cafe on site - good meals, not too spicy, and quite affordable. I also liked that they had a water kettle in the room and purified water dispensers on each floor.

Location wasn’t ideal as the area in general didn’t feel particularly safe, but Ubers picked us up and dropped us off directly at the front.

Nothing. A toothbrush holder in the bathroom is recommended though.

Bathrooms could do a bit of an extra scrubbing, power of showers could be better.

Breakfast was really fresh and quite good! There were laundry services which was convenient. Outside our room which was in the last floor there was a big terrace balcony and looked beautiful in the morning sun. With few table and chairs to sit with your tablets or a cuppa or a glass of wine was lovely! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean enough. Location was ok within 15mins to 30mins of the shops and bazaars. Route to the Cafe was from outside the building and there was an open space outside where you could enjoy the morning sun with live soft music playing in the background.

A good choice if you are looking for stay in traditional haveli of Jaipur. The rooms are clean and staff are very supportive. The Chitra Cafe with a beautiful lawn set up adds beauty to the hotel. You can also experience local artists performing in the morning and evening. A true value for money.
