Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe hotel was in the main road. So the traffic noise was there to some extend. Not very disturbing..
The staffs were very nice. I don't know Hindi. But the staff came out and helped for booking Cars and Autos. One Mr. Bitesh in the counter was very very helpful always with a smiling face. The Overall stay was excellent. Rooms are very neat and clean..I can give 9/10 rating.

United StatesHotel would have received a perfect score if the following were provided: a mini-fridge in room to keep food and drink cold, Netflix or Amazon Prime Video option, more few free TV channels, and breakfast included. Breakfast is typically provided by hotels in this price range.
Stayed several days in a deluxe room with air-conditioning. Room was large and had a good view of the street and activities. Room service was very good and quick. Many food items and several cuisines to select from in restaurant menu. Food was very good overall. Room had a small office desk to set up laptop. The day manager spoke English, was very helpful, and accommodating. Hotel Ashray gets 8.5 out of 10 rating from me.

CameroonI couldn't get a SIM card during my stay. Telecom companies ask for an Indian sponsor, they need a local sim number and few other things the hotel couldn't provide, unlike other colleagues in other hotels. Sion, the area where the hotel is located is a bit poorer, but safe by the way.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is clean that you can even walk barefoot like the personnel customarily do it. You're not far from BKC, one of the business area of Mumbai. The manager provided me with all the addresses I needed for shopping. I felt at home with their warm welcome.

IndiaAs per the category, the hotel is good in every way. Nice and clean rooms, staff good and helpful, food was good and location is good . Would like to point out that , as mentioned in their website, few amenities were not there in the room ( toiletries, coffee - tea sachets, fridge , iron board etc.) Had to ask for it.
