Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaInitiatially i booked two bed room after an hour later i modified for three bed room which accepted and charged accordingly, but when reached hotel they given two beds room with extra bed that two uneven one, No water, Towel, Soap provided. we managed with our water bottels at night, when got up early morning and tried to find water at hotel but kept emtee can water, luckly i found 500ml water left at my car by that we managed, else its very hard to manage without water in the morning, yet least basic things should be provided in hotel. Also when we checked in the person behind me to pay balance 50% amount that time itself, i requested, As i paid more than 50% in advance, so i will pay balance while checkout, but they didn't agree, hence i paid while checkin itself full amount, which i never saw such any where till. Fan speed unable to minimize.

New ZealandLocation - it was located in a metalwork area - and my wife and daughter weren't comfortable walking through the area. It was also noisy as we were on the street side, windows had gaps, and it was very light at night. Sheets weren't clean, and had crumbs on them.
Warm showers were good, and the owner was a friendly gentleman. Wifi was good.
