I booked around in March and they insisted that I pay a deposit which I did When I get to the hotel they said that they didn't get my deposit and made me pay the full amount although I showed them a confirmation of fab hotel acknowledging my deposit The then told me that I need to sort it out with fab hotel and when they receive the deposit they will refund me This is not on

The staff are not properly trained to serve the guests willingly with a smile. They are reluctant and the kitchen staff do not like to be called frequently for orders. They should learn to speak politely.

The foods wich we ordered we didn't get exactly what we wanted ..in hyderabad which is famous for its biryani we didn't get chicken biriyani in ur hotel ..thats why we ordered Chicken butter Masala Which was gd n tasty

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel since I am not Indian and don't speak hindi, and the taxi driver from airport spoke and read little English. It would be good to give the name and address in Hindi . It seems like the hotel is still in process of installation ( the staircase was being cleaned and polished, and some of the bathroom fittings had not been fixed properly) and there was no functioning restaurant yet, but food served in the room. I think I also paid online 3 times, since although the system said it accepted a foreign Master Card, it passes through an intermediate system and I kept being told there was an error: so I tried again, twice. But each time it seems money WAS sent. I do not know how to ask for a refund.

The staff were very nice. The room was large, clean and neatly furnished. The water heated quickly in the bathroom.The hotel is not far from Begumpet station, from where I could get a train to Bidar.

Yes. Restaurant is not available which is unbelievable for a three star rating. U have to order within menu which is not veg friendly. They must serve South India thali and rice flour items like dosas on specific orders at least. Complimentary breakfasts are lousy. They need to improve.
