There was no mini-bar or refrigerator. The bathroom tap was broken. Walls need repainting. Very few toiletries. The hotel must have its own self-drive cars or cabs. Outside cabs in Dimapur are horrendously priced. The electricity plug points need to be redone.

Restaurant and food was excellent, staff was very courteous and nice, excellent location.

Hot water was intermittent, wifi was spotty, need to be outside the room to get good connection. Lamp was too dim. Breakfast could be coming with more variation. Payment can't be done using international card.

Staff were nice and helpful, there was a small gym but not too many equipments. Price was affordable, location is good in the middle of the city, close to the city center, atm, restaurant, salon, etc. AC works perfectly fine.

When I arrived, my room was in a mess and I was made to wait which was very annoying as I had already informed them of my arrival timing and it was well after 12 noon. I took a balcony room but the balcony was dusty and looked like it hadn't been used for a while. If they have some nice blinds and make the balcony a little cozy with nice lighting it could be an ideal place to eat/work etc. The shampoo bottles kept in the bathroom was expired.

Overall the staff was polite and the room was quite spacious.

Well the lift should have been in working condition at all times , the bathroom n shower tap needed to be tighten or fixed properly coz it’s loose n flimsy.

Bfast was okay , happy with the choices , hotel seems to be very decent and hygienic , amenities were provided , staff were very courteous in solving any queries, room service , front office, housekeeping they did an excellent job ..

Restaurant was shut, renovation on so hammering of walls from 9 am to 7.30 pm without a break on a Sunday, the room was sub standard, staff was least interested and room amenities were not as mentioned on my contract of stay with booking.com

Did not like the location. Rooms were in terrible condition. The photos shown on booking.com were completely misleading as it was nothing like what was shown on the website. On top of that, the property was poorly maintained.

I ordered a chicken hyderabadi dum biryani but what was served was just oily fried rice with biryani masala which even had cashew nuts topping. If they don't have it, they should have told me so clearly. The AC was non functional. The washroom didn't have a bucket which had to be requested for.
