the hotel is located close to the Taj Mahal on a road with no traffic, very quiet. from the rooftop the Taj Mahal was visible. The pool on the roof top was in contruction. The dinner was good, the breakfast was simple, no dosa was available

The air con was a little dated we needed to put it in power mode and not change any settings to keep it on - however it worked so no complaints here!

Spent one night here to be close to the Taj for sunrise. Nothing to do with the accommodation but Taj at sunrise is not what it used to be! We had a much better time close to sunset where it is more locals there. It has become something I did not like in the morning time - watching oberoi guests get exclusive photo shoots where guards are putting bollards up is just not a vibe. Back to the hotel - the location is exactly what you would need it’s a very short walk away to the Taj Mahal. The entrance and team are very friendly. It’s in a lively place yet it was so quiet to get some decent rest. There are TV channels a plenty and it was really spacious.

The swimming pool was out of action and being re-built. It had been out of action apparently for over a month. We had booked with a pool and were not advised in advance. We asked for the manager to chat to us about it but he was not available and nor did he contact us during our stay. Apart from the pool though, the staff were great, food OK and location was very good. Thank you.

Great attentive staff. Hari in the restaurant was first class (thank you Hari). It was a great location.

Everything was in bad quality or extremely used such as towels , bed sheets and duvet. Definitely the hotel needs renovation and new orders. The photos in booking doesn't not have any connection with the reality. The pool was out of order and the toilet totally different. A staff member escorted us to our room and he didn't leave the room if we don't him tips, he didn't say anything but obviously he was waiting for tips.

The hotel is 20 minutes walking from Taj Mahal. The staff was helpful in any requirements.

Central AC not working . Empty toothbrush kit . Water clogging in bathroom . Food can be improved it can be better.

It was cold in the room, I asked for a heater that was never provided towels were clean but had stains

fairly priced very close to the Taj Mahal decent amenities for a night stay breakfast had eggs to order hot shower kettle in the room

Excellent location, walking distance to the Taj. Reception service was superb, helped us make a few calls and even assisted us in getting Taj Mahal tickets. Two thumbs up!

Breakfast wasn’t warm either in terms of food or staff.

It was OK. Had all I needed and great location. Enjoyed my evening meal. Very noisy - at least from the lower floor.

My room was rather noisy - it happened to be directly below the dining room, hence when they were cleaning it (moving chairs/tables around), it was very noisy. Also, my room did not have windows, but I understand that this has to do with urban architecture here (and how neighbouring buildings are joined)

Location is great, walking distance from the east gate entrance to the Taj Mahal and close to several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The terrace viewpoint had a loose carpet which was slippery, could be a potential hazard. The terrace lighting was so bright that we could barely see the taj. Room cleaning was done only after request. The flush was leaking.

The location was excellent, staff was friendly, nice viewpoint from the terrace to see the taj. Room was spacious, had all basic amenities. Food was good. Service was prompt, and everyone had a smile, including the guard outside.

The table linens were very dirty when we sat down and the main bathrooms are a little stinky.

The pool was dirty, and the pool staff was really annoying trying to sell you a beer every two minutes. Poor breakfast with non-existent choice.

Very nice location, with a view of the Taj Mahal and a rooftop pool. Clean, spacious rooms and very nice vibe of the hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing after so many great meals in India, but nothing catastrophic either.

Very close to the Taj Mahal, therefore ideal to explore it at dawn. Comfortable and clean. The staff speaks good English, and the rooftop is quite nice.

We felt a little unwell after our dinner that night in the hotel restaurant on the rooftop (biryani).

The location of this hotel was fantastic. They also had a great pool and rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. The in house omelettes were great!

Pool was disgusting, green, dirty. No way you would use that. View of Taj non existing. Breakfast was very poor. Had to pay for water too.
