Beatifully build just like a fort but more elagant and makes you feel like a king or queen. Well mannered staff . I love the food and the traditional misic and the welcome drums.

we stayed only one night so could not really evaluate propertly. roooms are over 3 buildin going up a hill and accessed via a steep road and golf carts. nice for the scenery but I woudl think styaing for vacaiton woudl be a hasstle to go up and down form rooms to facilities.

Grandeur is redefined by this property. The best property we 've visited in Udaipur. Hospitality standards are exceptional. Special mention goes to the manager Abhishek Barnwal! He went beyond and above to provide us all that we did not even expect.

Service, Staff and Property all exceptional and would recommend to any family for their premier stay at this hotel that has a beautiful setting and a location where the air is fresh and light away from all pollution.

All staff are excellent, Bhumika, Krishna, Vishwajit in their restaurant were only too pleased to serve and look after you for every need that you may have and waited on us all the time and ask if there was anything more they could do for us.

1. A little far away from city centre 2. Not so good logistic with golf cars, i understand the problem with this, but seems that its lack of quantity of golf cars 3. Cold feelings from the design of the room 4. Food is average and low

Food was expensive. A bit far from City. So, you cant go out for restaurants.

Very nice prooperty with nice view. But a little bit far from city center. It is not a palace hotel but built like palace. Initially i booked thinking its a palace hotel. Hotel was very clean. Staff was good. Food was nice but on the expensive side. Since it is far from City, need to take food from hotel.

We missed out on a personalized experience since the staff was occupied with extensive bookings and events most of the time. While they were courteous, it would have been even better with a more personalized touch. Aside from that, everything else was flawless. We also experienced their excellent service at their Coorg property, comparing to that, we felt it lacking here.

Location on a hill, very quiet and beautiful place. The terrace has an amazing view on the city and the lakes (and à plunge pool) Room and bathroom are big and very comfortable . Breakfast choice is amazing and the food is very good. All staff are helpful, nice and make their utmost to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

Staff members, some staff are not even bothered to assist, might they expect us to pay service tips mandatory, this we notice mainly in restaurant and buggy service. The above 2 locations I have personally been in this situation. Again, I am not saying staff members don't help. Staff members help only when offered tips.

there are many thing which makes me not visit this property again 1. i wanted a cake for my wife's birthday- i went to the reception to ask for it and the lady sitting there clearly said it is not possible as i didnt book it in advance, i was shocked to hear a NO. i told them its just 10 am in the morning you have the whole day to arrange for a small cake at the comfort of your time, but she said No they cant. I then had to ask them to call there manager right away, as they are sitting there just to provide hospitality, its so wrong to say a NO. after some arguements they finally arranged it. 2. our package was all-meals inclusive and to our surprise when we went to have lunch, we could not find the buffet ( only ala-carte was there which was never mentioned anywhere neither while booking nor anytime before we headed for lunch) and too our surprise they had very limited options in their ala-carte menu , when we asked for it the chef showed up saying he would make anything we like. Well you are not at a 5star restaurant to get anything prepared of your liking, we expect ourselves to be the guests who would be expecting to have a decent menu to choose from. 3. They dont have activities for people staying there. 4. you are paying for a 5star property but what you get is a 3 star facilities.
