Room was too small. Reaction time of Front desk was poor. Even phones were not picked properly most of the times.

A very clean room, and comfortable bed with new sheets. Shower was hot, strong and didn't go cold on me. The climate control was excellent, quiet and adjusted to nite time coolness and mid day heat

They charged me gst extra on top of the room price i booked through booking.com where it was not mentioned. They made me bound to pay. Breakfast is with very limited options and general. Food is not good. Using the same prepared ready gravy with most of the dishes.They don't have any travel desk and absolutely unable to help you out how to travel around manipur.

new hotel. Everything is fine n functional. Rooftop restaurants ambience is nice. Beautiful pologround and beautiful mountain line is visible from rooftop and rooms also.

The biggest issue with this hotel was it was best hard for my taxi driver to find, even thou the Google Maps location is correct, there are a bunch of one way streets that make it hard to get to. The rooms are missing a few basic things like soap holders and there are a few damaged tiles etc, and annoyingly like many hotel rooms unless your card is in the holder by the door your room has no power and so you can't charge your phone when away from your room. But you do get international plug sockets so you don't need your own adaptor. The rooms are generally very clean and tidy but if you look hard there are some dusty spots like in the LED light strip behind the bed but very minor, although I think it would be worth them vacuuming there at least once a week. The restaurant wasn't finished and the breakfast was a bit lacking in choice, although the terrace is a really lovely spot to have breakfast on.

Very comfy clean beds that I managed to sleep very well on and overall good facilities and service. The staff were very helpful with helping me with any problems I had. Overall well worth the extra money and while there is room for improvement I'm going to give it 9/10 for what I got for the money.

Staff wasn't polite at all. Pathetic service. We ordered paneer bhurji but we received egg bhurji. Upon complaining instead of apologizing they were very rude and waived off the matter saying that since we were busy we noted the order wrong. Won't ever recommend to anyone, instead will ask everyone to stay at any other place but here.

If the rooms were a little bigger, it would have been better other than this. Everything is A class.

The location, but above all the staff's. Always with a genuine smile and ready to help. The hotel is made special by the people.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room. That's the worst part

Once I reach there I was told that The room that I booked want I was under maintenance. That's the issue. Given me some other room which is must costlier.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the room. Despite being small, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained with the historical Polo Ground seen from my window. The decor was beautiful, with tasteful furnishings. One of the standout features of the room was the attention to detail. Every surface was polished to a shine, and there was not a speck of dust to be found. The bed linens were fresh and inviting, and the bathroom was spotless. And the staffs were highly courteous and helpful. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as plush towels and high-quality toiletries. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and beauty of the room, and I am already planning to come back to this hotel in the future.

Once you leave during the day they will enter ur room without asking, move and go thru ur belongings under the guise of cleaning, upon complaining the supervisor sais it's 'their duty' to do so without apology. Rooms are freezing cold at night as heater doesn't work. At breakfast I was served cold tea with toast that wasn't even toasted. Was woken up at 7am by fire alarm that ran for 30 seconds. Very unprofessional service at a very high price, I couldn't get out of there fast enough, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
