AC was set to a single temperature. It was good for the weather. Windows should be closed especially in the evening due to insects, but it mostly has to do with greenery and nature around. Cannot complain.

Very cosy, near to Bogmallo Beach, Austin was very helpful. Dropped me at the airport for a much lower rate as well. Homely place.

The service here is exceptional. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

One of the best places we have stayed during our 5 month trip in India. Austin is the sweetest guy who picked us up from the airport & dropped us to Margao then next day, he was helpful, informative and friendly. Location is great, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes walk from Bogmalo beach which is peaceful and pristine! The room was big, spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Loved this place, we wish we had stayed longer!

I cannot rate this guest house highly enough. My room was huge with an attached kitchen area with fridge. Everything was spotlessly clean. The owner was very friendly & helpful, he ensured I got to the airport for my early flight.

Austin the host is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation I had was almost a self contained unit comprising living rm, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Its very handy for the airport and all local amenities. I would definitely use again.

Connectivity by public transport is very limited and the location itself is away from everything else.

The property is amazing for traveling with a short work from home situation and the beach is literally 5 mins from the property.

Beds were the comfiest ever, but have definitely slept in worse. Not a huge amount of utensils to use in the kitchen.

Super spacious, with 4 rooms. Lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A/C is always a must for us, quiet and peaceful area. Lovely host!

Austin has been the best hosted in our entire trip in India! He gave us good suggestions and advices abour our trip with kind communication. Also, he gave is a ride untill our next stop in Goa! The location of his family guesthouse is perfect if you think to stay close to the airport (10min by taxi), the romm was very clean and quiet, with a kitchen as well, balcony and private bathroom with hot water. The bogmalo beach is only 5 minutes walking. We really appreciated our stay, thanks again Austin:)

There was nothing I didn’t like given the price.

The guest house was very clean and quiet, just a short walk from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The host Austin couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, advising me on the best routes to other destinations in Goa and what my choice of options were………….outstanding, thank you Austin, I really did appreciate all your help.
