Nothing to do with property but Bogmalo beach could be better .. not a long term holiday resort

Súper close to airport base for an early morning flight our room was clean, all basics provided, excellent value for money. The host, Austin was A1. Messaged ahead of our visit to ascertain our needs, flexible with check in and sorted a transfer to airport at 3:30am. Top guy. Would recommend to those needing a short term base on arrival &/or departure for airport. Thanks Austin !

Actually I was just looking for something close to the airport for one night, but in the end it was one of the best accommodations I had during my time in India and I would have liked to stay longer. The rooms are lovely and colourfully decorated, everything was incredibly clean, weil organized and the location is very quiet and not far from the beach. Perfect to come down and relax after a long journey. Before I arrived, Austin gave me lots of valuable tips and recommendations, picked me up late at night from the airport and drove me to my next accommodation. I was overwhelmed by so much hospitality and kindness. I can highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to come back again myself. Thank you very much for everything!

The Guesthouse is clean and very well taken care of. My room was specious, with the A/C and fan and attached kitchen. The bathroom was clean and it had all I needed. The best of all was Austin, the host. He was in touch with me from the moment I booked my stay until he made sure I arrived safely to my next destination. He was kind, sweet, supportive and super helpful. He recommended me place to eat, explained how to get to my next stay and, when I asked him where can I buy some fruits, he brought me the most delicious bananas from his garden. The guesthouse has perfect location, being only couple kilometres from the airport and only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

This was a cute little property just a short walk from the beach and even shorter drive to the airport. the owner Austin went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and ready for our early flight the next morning. Very perfect for our last night in India before flying out of Goa. Austin was one of the nicest hosts we had on our travels.

The room was very clean and modern. While the location was quite quiet, it was only five minutes walk to the beach and to several local restaurants. Austen, the owner/manager spoke, excellent English and was very helpful. He organised Car and scooter hire for us and transport backwards and forwards to the airport. We would definitely go back Auslyn Is an excellent location to stay

The host went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and peaceful. My husband and I arrived in in the middle of the night and were warmly welcomed by Austin. We stayed for two nights and will be happy to come back during the next visit to Goa.

No loudly place, very clean room, no insects, no bad smells. Very fiendly owners. They allowed me to stay extra 5 hours without any payment. Guesthouse is near the airport, price to airport: taxi - 400-500 INR, local Bus - 20 INR. I'd highly recommend
