The shower water never heated up...lukewarm at best.

There is no outside food policy, the hostel threatens with 2000 rupee fine for bringing any food or drink from the outside. At the same time their menu doesn't include any western food, only Indian. Anyone booking a stay in that place is not informed about that in advance. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom. Sometimes there is also no hot water in the shower. It was quite a surprise in the evening after a long travel by train.

The hostel is a nice place (as for Indian standards) to stay a couple of nights while visiting Lucknow. The rooms are equipped with comfy beds.

Clean room, clean sheets, clean updated bathroom with hot water, good working wifi, accommodating staff checked me in at 1am and communicated well. Well designed room. No complaints. Nice room area and common room. Communal kitchen.

Nothing as such ...just that taking cab from this place to anywhere in early or late hours may be bit tricky.

Decent property located in a peaceful locality. Rooms are decent size and property folks are polite and helpful. Great service. Overall it's decent Value for Money.

Pros: It was very clean...staff were very helpful.. Ideal place for backpackers... everything of this place is up to the mark... Cons: this is not negative point but this place is in the very posh area so there is no regular commuting travel system..one will have to depend on Uber taxi or auto.. **Best place for Bikers**

The place is very clean, safe and nice. Safe for a solo Traveller. They clean the room everyday with fresh sheets and toilets clean, so It is very welcoming after a long day of city touring. Thank you.

Getting ola was a bit difficult On first day breakfast was delayed and water was not hot as well, however it was rectified next day

So here is an honest review from my point of view. 1. I shifted my base from Bangalore to lko on a job transfer, trust me, the people here are very welcoming and hospitable. 2. The staff is exceptional and very humble meet them(Ramkesh and Rohit ) during the stay. 3. My sheets are changed everyday and my bed is made, makes me feel like it's home. 4. Bathroom is cleaned everyday 5. The kitchen has all the requirements to make a Cup of coffee, bread toaster and some omlets ( get your own ) 6. The breakfast is not great but an energizing one to keep it active till lunch. 7. The common room has TV, board games and the WIFI is free. 8. Safety - I have felt safe, been safe and the gates locked at night and eyes are around everywhere ( CCTV)

1), This property is a bring your own TP. I've never heard of that before but fortunately I had some with me. 2) The breakfast is SOOOO spicy. I couldn't eat it. 3) You are in a bit of a food desert. It was really hard for me to find food. 4) You can send them all of the messages that you want. There is about a 5% chance you will get an answer. 5) While I was there, there was a thief also there. This is not the fault of the hostel but they knew about it. Not sure if they did anything about it because they don't answer questions.

There was some confusion ( on my part) about the type of room that I booked. The office was very nice about it and gave me a different room. I was very comfortable in my room.

The room was good, the location was also OK, and the staff were courteous. However, the complementary breakfast was disappointing except the first morning. Slowly realised that the property eventually discourages taking breakfast there.
