The location of the hotel is fabulous if you want to walk around the old city of Udaipur but you will need to get to the door in a tuktuk (do it!). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view over the lake. The breakfast offering was good and dinner at the restaurant upstairs (Sun and Moon) was lovely. Fabulous rooftop views, friendly staff, good food. Well worth a visit if you are in the city and not staying in the hotel.

You have to be prepared for a little noise from the street dogs and then the Tuktuks and motor bikes that fly past in the early hours! Worth it though for the coffee and rooftop cocktails on offer ;-)

Great location with a coffee shop below and a bar & restaurant above - awesome views! Easy walk to shops and other tourist attractions. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great value for money. We loved our rooms here.

There is no parking at the property itself and you have to leave your car at a public parking which is away from the hotel. Plus what is not informed is that the street the hotel is located on is a one-way street and most of the times we saw cars coming in From the wrong direction because nothing is mentioned anywhere. As a result of this, our car got damaged by an auto rickshaw, which was extremely irritating. When I mentioned to the person who I called to ask for directions about the one-way situation, he said “it is not his problem if the GPS brings me that way!” but the fact of the matter was that was the only way the GPS was bringing everybody and I think it befalls on the hotel stuff to inform about the one-way situation and guide the people coming to stay in the hotel the correct way to get to the parking.

The price of food was very high, and the quantity was less of some dishes, the hotel was clean, but I saw worms crawling in the niche of the bathroom wash basin.

The breakfast was very poor. Even though the room was nice, I think the price is very high.

We booked a room which said it had a lake view but it turned out that no rooms have a lake view, it is only from the rooftop restaurant that you get one. Also, we had breakfast included in the price but this was very disappointing. Instead of having the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant we had to have it a floor below in a squashed area which was not very pleasant with big communal tables and no view. The food was also disappointing because there was a very limited choice considering the wide a la carte breakfast menu upstairs. We just had watermelon and toast each morning.

The ac was dripping but the weather is nice so it doesn't matter much.

I love the room and the royal touch in it. The rooftop restaurant cum bar has amazing food and the view is so pretty. The location is great near to the city palace, market, gangour ghat, lal ghat . Even the security was good for solo girls traveling or in a group. They even provide you electric kettle for making coffee and you'll get 15% off on the restaurant too.

Property is walkable distance from main attractions in Udaipur and though the roads are small and congested the staff helps out with transportation as and when required. Their rooftop restaurant is good for food and chilling.

1.The WiFi was slower than mobile network 2.Some amenities could have been added to the room like a mini fridge, hair drier, iron, some toiletries. 3.No hot water facility, tap on bathroom sink was loose.

The hotel is really nice. The room was very comfortable and clean.. Also not to forget the staff are true to the word "hospitality". They take care of anything and everything whenever you need it.
