I didn't like anything.

I like the hotel location, rooms and amazing wonderful courtesy staff and all the front office team is very kind with good nature, I would like to describe the guy name Ankit Nagori, thanks to him and kindly appreciate him and as I like everything was amazing, and one more big surprise they have for you that they have roof top sun moon Restaurant and for the Room stay guest they give 15% discount and amazing view from the roof top restaurant.

During road closures, hard to get cars through the traffic. walking rickshaw and bikes are fine.

Most of the appliances in the room do not work unless you call the staff to fix them. They probably do not even check if the room appliances work before they allow guests to check-in. The wifi is pathetic; not sure if the hotel was responsible for that

Location is not friendly. Taxi/personal car/Uber will take you upto certain point and then you have to walk for 0.25 miles. Only mode of travel to Hotel gate is Riksha. While check out, elevator was not working to 0 level. We needed to lift bags on very very narrow staircase. All night long, streets dogs barked and fought. Not a single minute dog stopped barking. Rooms were clean, but can't open window due to other house within a foot range. View was horrible. Bed comfortor was dirty and had a blood stain. Breakfasts time was 8:30 AM to start, but delayed for 15 minutes and breakfast area was not cleaned. Got answer that person serving breakfast was working late night and didn't get good sleep. We didn't complain because not much time left for flight.

many things. service was poor, poor internet connection, a/c didn’t cool room, food at breakfast was gone after an hour even though it was supposed to be served for two hours, elevator only took three people, the bottled water given to us had the seal broken and we were charged for water without a broken seal, the tea pot didn’t work and we had to ask three times for a new one.

The location was awesome and most of the places were in walking distance.Rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Bhim sing,the front desk clerk.was so helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

We had no choice to accept the recommended hotel as my in laws were tired and didn't want the faff. This is terrible as they couldn't even be bothered to let us know in advance.

Nothing as the room was booked but when arriving it turned out the room was booked by a wedding party. Alternative accommodation was recommended.

The stay area have some peoples there upstairs. They were sleeping in open without cloths. Moreover they were the staff of property. It creates hesitation and embarassment specially when you are with your partner

Poor staff attitude, hardly any interaction at all. Rooms didn't have intercom connections, had to call or walk down to reception everytime. Bedsheets and blankets seemed a little pale and the room had cockroaches when we entered. While the restaurant staff upstairs was co-operative, the guy on the front desk was disinterested and half of our requests weren't even entertained.

Good breakfast, restaurant was clean and property location was a big plus, very close to Lake Pichola and major restaurants in the area.

The lift is slow and small but the property is the old property.Can add more options in breakfast.

The hotel was amazing. The most beautiful location in old Udaipur. You will love the location. Their terrace retro is just amazing. Everything in the city is within walking distance of the location. The few things that I will ask them to improve is to give more options in buffet breakfast.The Wifi speed can be improved.
