The bed was very hard but ok because the pillows and doona were comfy! First room I was booked into I could smell the mould instantly and there was black mould in the aircon! Wasn’t going to spend another night in that room! So toxic ! BUTTTT!!! The hotel actually upgraded my room and cleaned out the aircon vents! Room was great! It’s not the Ritz but it was comfy for me for 16 nights and the perfect location!

The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! The food from the restaurant was also amazing! The pillows were like clouds. Always got me extra water! So close to everything I needed

Front desk staff need to be a little more relaxed when dealing with guests. Although they are professional in their approach it could be dealing with the odd difficult guest has made them a little defensive, and abrupt until they get to know you, something management could work on.

Very clean and tidy. The doorman Sanchit I would say has the best personality out of all the staff followed by the kitchen waiter Oliver. The room service team of Pravin, Sachin and Durai did an exceptional job leaving the room spotless. Considering I was there for dental work at Dentzz, the accommodation is perfectly situated with both clinics situated only minutes from the entrance. There is 24 hour security at the entrance to the facility with the front desk manned the same. Breakfast was more than adequate considering a number of the guest were there for dental work at Dentzz as well including full mouth reconstruction requiring a different type of cuisine. Oliver the waiter when working would always try and cater for individual needs as required.

The hospitality of the staff. Yash and Suresh at reception and Lakshmi at the restaurant were excellent. The chef was very open to ideas and it was a nice interaction.

The air throughout felt a bit gritty The bistro night ordering to kitchen didn't understand orders several times had to send wrong meal back

The construction of a new dining area made sitting outside a bit noisy for my liking, however the new area, once completed, will be lovely.

The location and staff were great. I enjoyed the dining area and used Room Service several times during my stay of 3 weeks.

Booked a taxi to surat..was given a price. I told reception that I wanted to drop a bag in lokhanwala. Reconfirmed price.. on arrival in Surat I was told to pay 7000 plus an XTRA 500.. I like people to be honest ... uber was 5000 I opted to book thru hotel thinking it will be a better option but obviously was not

The noise!

My stay at Hotel Bawa Suite in Bandra was overall very satisfying, despite a bit of noise. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always eager to assist. The location is convenient, close to various shops and coffee shops. A delightful bonus was the discount at the spa right in front of the hotel. However, it's worth noting that there was some noise due to road proximity and external works during my stay. Overall, Hotel Bawa Suite is a great choice for those seeking a clean, friendly, and well-located stay in Bandra, as long as you don't mind a little noise. Definitely recommended!

The airport transfer mentioned on the page is only applicable if the car is available, which is never the case. So we had to pay for a taxi to and from the airport.

Great breakfast, room is big and very clean.

The premises and rooms are quite small and there are a lot of mosquitoes (I was unfortunately bitten by quite a few)

The location is fantastic especially if you're looking to shop in bandra, Santacruz etc. The staff were also good.
