The location is very good but this creates the nuisance of traffic noise, even inside the room. The renovation work was going on this was also a disturbance. But overall, it was value for money.

The floors and walls were very dirty and the mattress was very uncomfortable. WiFi sometimes cuts out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they offered breakfast. it’s very close to all the sightseeing areas. Big room as well.

I tried calling the contact no. After it was disclosed by booking.com post confirmation of reservation but the phone was switched off. That's all. It didn't impact much because the guy was so welcoming upon our arrival that we completely forgot about it.

We were roaming around at Nariman Point and felt like spending some quality time together and then pushing off to our works the next day and were looking for a place to spend the night & this was like finding a gem. The whole ambiance of the place was lit. Kinda retro.. Loved every minute!

The wide room. It was really a simple hotel with no decorated rooms but it served it purpose well. The hotel is also very well placed. Colaba is definitely the only area I would take an hotel in Mumbai.

It took a while to get checked into the hotel. I also had to ask for the Wifi since it wasn't offered when I arrived. I was also given no information regarding breakfast.

The location was very convenient. It was very close to the Gateway of India. It was also very close to the Colaba markets and stores along the main road.

An additional marker or sign in front of the building can help arriving guests to know for certain the location of the property, which is up a flight of stairs in a rather large residential building.

Bed and Breakfast in Colaba proved to be a good choice for a short stay in Mumbai. The property is ideally located along a quiet street just around the corner from the bustle of the Causeway and close to many restaurants, shops, and sights. The staff at the property were very responsive and kind, especially Inderjeet, who helped me activate a SIM card and arranged a day tour around Mumbai. The building itself is old, seeing as it is situated in a "heritage" district, with some facilities such as AC units in need of a cleaning or upgrade. Some of the electrical sockets were a bit fussy and crackly, but overall, I found the accommodation fair for the price offered, especially when compared to nearby alternatives. Were I to visit Mumbai in the future, I would stay at BnB Colaba again. Thanks, guys!

My room was cute like 1950’s! It was close to everything Gateway to India, Taj hotel, ferry’s, Museums etc The staff were really helpful especially when I was sick. They arranged laundry & taxis, fresh coconut juice. There is a large fridge for keeping stuff cool. As a single female I felt very safe there. Thank you Inderjeet Sonu Ganesh

Well, beds are pretty short.. they are definitely not meant for people of 2m height :) other than that, everything was just perfect.

We had a triple room and it was very spacious + big balcony, 1 king size bed + 2 single beds, we are family of 3 and we really enjoyed staying there. Hotel is located in Colaba which was amazing - everything around, from local street food to Starbucks. We will definitely choose to stay here when we come back to Bombay. The hotel suits overall Bombay vibe so if you are looking for an authentic stay, choose this place. It is not fancy and it should not be, it has a very authentic feel and thats what we were looking for.

Bathroom out of the main room is really not convenient. Breakfast with only toast and coffee is too limited for a B&B labeled stay. Globally overpriced for the features, but I guess this is the standard for Mumbai...

Excellent location in Colaba near the main tourist attractions for central Mumbai. Very large rooms with a lot of space ! Nice staff and building with old-fashioned vibe.
