Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NepalI made my reservation through booking.com. They showed twin beds but the hotel doesn't have any room with twin bed. So I think the concerned members of hotel should make changes in the website of booking.com so that people won't have any inconvenience. If marketing is done with such improper informations then it's not good for the hotel as well. So please look into this matter and save other customers from having difficulties who will be choosing your hotel in future. Other than this I really loved my stay in Bed n oats.
Loved the ambience. Room was clean and balcony view was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Would love to stay here again.

India- Due to the location of the place it was kind of isolated from the rest of the city and the road to the hotel was also very empty. - We were staying in the 3rd floor so without the lift it was kind of difficult to go up and down to take our swiggy orders. - Though there were people working and staying in the ground floor, they refused to bring our swiggy orders upstairs. If that is a difficult situation then they should arrange for some food that we can also order and buy from the hotel itself.
The rooms were very big and the balcony was so nice and sunny. There were trees all around. We really liked our stay.

IndiaThere is no elevator in the property and no one came to pick our luggage till the third floor we had to carry our luggage that can be improved. Can provide a dustbin for the room as well.

IndiaThe management was not really good. We had booked the property including breakfast, they were out of items before all the guest could have their breakfast. The staff was not courteous to be sorry about it. When we complaint of breakfast finished soon before, the owner did not arrange items timely therefore we finished halfway with whatever was available.
property was at the best location in Gurgaon. Cuber Hub, DLF City, metro Station was nearby (within 3 km proximity). It was well maintained in terms of cleanliness and has balcony accessible to the rooms. as we stayed at the property during winter season, we had a good sunshine throughout day. Washrooms were cleaned. Kitchen had everything from stove to microwave and utensils so if one wanna cook a meal, it can be done.
