Kitchen condition and utensils can be improved

We spent 10 days at this property. great location and a very spacious property. Apartment is opposite to small park which was good to walk around and also near some small grocery store. Staffs were really kind and always ready to help whenever it was required.

Twin room mattresses need to be improved. Kitchen utensils can improve. From the main road due the barrier wall, on ocassion taxi driver can take wrong turn.

Spacious, bright, airy apartment. Can cook meal easily. Would again stay here. Good housekeeping staff. Apartment is opposite to small park which was good to walk around.

I went their with my wife and friends. We were 3 couple. Rooms were small, no locks in batheoom doors. Flush was leaking and needed a repair. No utensils and water in the kitchen. RO needed a service. Property being handled by some goons. 31st dec. We checked in at 5.30 pm and 7 pm property owner called, was talking rudely, threatning to make us checkout from the property and take help from his SHO friend to ruin our stay. We never argued with anyone regarding music and we agreed to turn the volume down, although it was a small single speaker. Still he said "Pange lene hain lelo, phr baithna thane mein". These were his words that too when we never said anything. The care taker just handed over the phone to me and the owner started shouting. Owner wanted us to pay for his farmhouse if we want to play music. After this, we turned the music almost off still after 2 hours care taker came again and this time property manager was on the call and said that we are making noises. They stopped disturbing us after we told them to come with police and talk to us face to face. Conclusion- Rude staff, property is just being run by some goons. Not recommended for a peaceful stay. Book this property if you are a goon yourself.

The owner started chasing us 2 hrs before the checkout. They will lie to you about the facilities. The owner Arvind Verma even called me to threaten me. They charged us extra 600 for electricity which is super strange. They charged us some hidden tax charges and upon checking with booking.com there’s no hidden cost included. They even put me on no show to save their commission. The air conditioners were not working and in the worst condition. The owner is some uneducated ill mannered haryanvi goon who doesn’t know the meaning of hospitality and have no respect for women too

Nothing at all. As they are bunch of inhumans running the hotel. I haven’t received the bill yet as they denied to give me one. I have attached the screenshots

Wooow...Me and my friend had a beautiful and relaxing stay in the bedchambers serviced apartment. Mr. Arvind was amazing!!!! He is calm speaking with the guest, helpful and understanding.

Complete unprofessionalism from the manager/co-ordinator of the property, Divyam and Dharmender. They are running a fraudulent practice. Please avoid this property, you will get unpleasant surprises closer to your reservation dates. Story: 1-2 days before the actual check-in date, Divyam introduced himself and asked for documents with an advance payment of Rs. 2000. I told him that on Booking.com site it said I only need to pay it before checking-in. He said that "NO" it our policy to take advance or else we wont be able to hold your apartment. Considering the short lead time, I had no option but to deposit. Next day after the deposit, he calls up to mention that the property you originally booked is unavailable now because the caretaker of property got covid (which I know for a fact was a made up story). He offered me another apartment but of lower grade than the one I booked originally. But again I said Yes to it since I had no other option and I had given advance. By this time, I realized that why did he ask for advance. To my surprise, on the booking.com website, he mentioned it as that I have changed my plan and I have requested for booking cancellation which was absolutely false and incorrect. It was them who changed and messed up and NOT me. Fraudulent Practise: They take advantage of the last minute changes to your booking. They cancel the property from their end by falsely claiming that the customer requested it. More importantly, once you deposit some advance payment, they offer you lower grade property at the same higher price. And mind it, this new offered property is not through booking.com and hence they earn double from this practice. PLEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY TO HAVE A PEACE OF MIND BEFORE AND DURING YOUR STAY.

1. Floor was not clean. It was full of dirt 2. Floor / toilet cleaning was not done daily. On request it was done once in 4 days 3. Electrical connection and devices are dated. 4. Beds of 2 bedrooms are spring beds, so not comfortable 5. It is a furnished apartment NOT a serviced apartment 6. I paid 2% extra for paying by card. Caves hospitality prefers cash payment. I won't stay in this apartment again.
