Parathas were very thin ... but not a big deal.

Great place - excellent location with lots of eateries around and a metro station. Food in the hotel was also very good.

I only wish I could have got a late check-out, but was told max it can be made to 10.30. I had a flight in the evening at 7.30pm and I had no place to go.

The location was good, close to MGF Metropolitan mall and the room was huge and comfortable.

Asking for Payment before guest are given the chance to even see the rooms. Must ask for payments after guests are settled in the room or worst case, ask them to see the rooms you have allotted. As your rooms are good, you shouldn't be worried on this part.

Breakfast was good in test with good enough choices. Vinit Verma, Surendra are good host. Room Facilities were excellent.

what i dont like about here is the promo from the booking.com that is good for 2 days already is not true they counted it as one day but upon searching it that i avail this room with big deal that supposedly 136 something per night and a total of 266 or around 5800 rupees exclusive of other fees but few days before and upon arrival they informed us it is good for 1 day and we need to pay 11,200rupees which is a big difference and to our surprise upon check out WE NEED TO PAY ELECTRICITY WHICH AMOUNTING 403 INR IT IS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY IN THE WHOLE FEE AND ONE OF OUR FRIEND WITH OTHER ROOM THEY ONLY GET 23INR for her electricity so a big difference and we are shock do they have electric bill ? for them to prove the elctricity its like its a BIG SCAM FOR US KNOWING THAT IM A BOOKING.COM USER SINCE LONG TIME AND THIS IS THE ONLY HOTEL THAT WE BOOKED AND WE PAID MORE THAN THE AMOUNT SUPPOSEDLY DISCOUNTED AND WE NEED TO PAY ELECTRICITY SEPERATELY WE ONLY TOOK 2 nights and most of the time we are outside so where do they get that amount of electricity..

Checkin time was too steep (2PM) and despite arriving at 11:45, we were checked in at 12:45 even after escalating and informing well in advance.

Location was perfect, property was nice and clean, staff was courteous.

The check-out timings are very early at 10:30am in comparison to check-in time of 2pm. The gap needs to be reduced. The staff starts bothering the guests pressuring for check-out from 9am onwards.

The apartment was spacious and interiors were aesthetically perfect.

Checkin at 2 pm. Made to wait but checkout at 10 am. That is outrageous . Why do they need the room from 10 am to 2 pm. Nowhere it is like this

Staff is a bit rigid with the check-in timings, they would charge you for even 1 hour of early check-in so keep it in mind. Usually for long stays, so the cleanliness was alright, with some water spilled in the bathroom at the time of check-in. They don't seem to have too much staff so service would be an issue.

The location is pretty good and the property is newly built so no complaints there.

the small fridge is not familiar for a family stay and long term. like I am planning to stay 1 month. the fridge is not enough. even if its not one month, for family its not suitable. management need to change it.

The behavior of the stuffs are awesome, specially MR. Vineet and Deepak. they always careful about guest comfort and helps with information when required.
