The fridge needs to be able to chill the items. We were told only possible to chill to room temperature which was a bit weird.

The hotel was clean. Loved the roof top restaurant. Pool was clean They upgraded us to mountain view which was nice

The room was definitely clean, but residuals of dust and hair remained on the ground (not in the bathroom though). Those details should not be neglected in a hotel of such standard.

Excellent stay at this hotel, very comfortable room with a beautiful view on the Girnar Mount. The photos online are faithful to reality. The staff was welcoming and mindful. I also enjoyed the rooftop, whose food was good, and the SPA which was amazing. They use nice products and delivered a very professional care. Lovely staff there too

Communication between staff, especially between shifts, when they were calling to query extended stay or amount of rooms booked.

Food options were limited and mostly focused for Indian people. We had stomach ache some days (not from the hotel) and there was really nothing for us to eat.

Surrounded with not so good locality but inside it was👍when I booked I thought they are giving complimentary free break fast but they did not. So little unhappy.

Some confusion after room cleaning. We had to call housekeeping almost every time to get the (right and right amount of) towels etc. But this was a minor issue and our overall stay was perfect.

Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and great rooftop terrace! Lovely staff as well.

I got the feeling, this hotel was short of staff in the restaurant and in housekeeping. As a result.... Room service was extremely slow and sometimes non-existent. Sometimes we would order tea or ask for extra drinking water in the room, but it was never delivered. The restaurant opening times were very limited. It was closed to even staying guests after 10:30 am till lunch time. And they won't serve food inside your room after 10:30 pm. Once I had visitors at 11 am; I wanted to sit with them and have tea in the restaurant, but we were refused entry. Very embarrassing in front of my visitors. The bathroom door was so hard to slide, not even a young, fit person could slide it, let alone my elderly parents. My parents totally struggled with these things throughout our stay. We complained about these issues several times, but nothing appeared to have changed.

Good location. Fairly close to the railway station and on a main road. Shopping is 5 minutes away if you take an autorickshaw, which is generally available on the road. We had a beautiful view of Girnar mountain from the room. First class cleanliness of international standards. Good ambience in the lobby. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent laundry service - even stubborn stains were removed. Delicious pure veg food - if/when you could actually get it!

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Facilities were also great although I didn't get time to use the pool.
