Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe entrance and other floors in the building are a little surprising at first but once you're actually on the floor of the hotel its a real comfy and clean place. When trying to get there do not follow Uber, follow google maps.
Real clean and modern, looks like the photos. Staff are fantastic. Cant really ask for much more for an affordable, short stay. Solid wifi if you need it.

Friendly,helpful staff. Clean well equipped room. The shower was powerfull and hot and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat locally. There was no street noise,probably because there is no window,but that was no issue for us.

IndiaIts only 4.7 km from the airport and you can get to airport in around 15 minutes, they have 2 lifts but the stairs are a little tricky.
The hotel is in 2nd floor and its newly furnished. Its worth every penny you pay and has got electric kettle as a complement

Sri LankaThe ground floor, was smelly and unclean, a lot of animal slaughtering shops and unhygienic, feels very low grade and cannot invite any friends or co workers to the hotel cos of the status of the downstairs. Plus the rooms are pretty small compared to the pics!
The staff were very friendly, went out of the way to help us! Didn’t have an iron and when informed they sent a guy to get the cloths ironed!

AustraliaI had very sore neck and I request medical therapist to come to my hotel room but the staff refused yet the therapist said all other hotels allow him to visit for medical treatments , the staff had a bad attitude , the room was very small , the bed was small , the hotel is small only on the 2nd floor , no windows in the rooms and on the ground floor is a fish market which causes fish smells
Because of the attitude of the staff I overlooked any positives and I only concentrated on the negatives
