Property is center of Ooty and easily accessible. Rooms are neat and tidy, maintained well. Staffs behavior is friendly and check-in and check-out time were prompt.

A perfect place in ooty to enjoy the holiday at relaxed and serene place. We booked premium suite with balcony facing the view.The location itself was breathtaking, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly courteous and kind, making our experience truly memorable. Their hospitality added a warm touch to our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there.

No inhouse restaurant but you can order from swiggy or Zomato apart from that everything is perfect.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable,The service was excellent and the night shift staffs are very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely everything here was wonderful. We had a great stay in the King suite/Viceroy Room. The rooms in itself are brilliant, the hotel staff is accomodating and the location is perfect for Ooty sightseeing.

Only thing we miss is resturant,apart from that it's a perfect stay for vacation.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Had come here with my dad. Taking long walks in the garden,Also, the room was very clean and spacious with the wonderful 24/7 hot water. After dinner , enjoyed playing carrom with my father in the game room. To sum it up, I loved the hospitality of the staff especially night shift staffs , be it at the Room service or the reception. One thing that I am sure of is next time when I come to Ooty, I would be staying at your resort for sure. It’s best recommended if you are coming with family here.

TV, in all two rooms i reserved, TV was not working, most of the channels were kind of paid channel which they dint pay and activate it.

Cannot expect A/C in Ooty, so had to regulate how much the window could be opened in cold weather along with fans... Hot water was not very hot all the time, but manageable.. No breakfast - but Charing Cross is about 1-1.5 km away & lots of great options out there. They were calling up earlier for advance and even had to pay total amount as soon as I checked in. I received a mail a few days before checking in that booking is cancelled since advance not paid and that caused some panic..

The USP of this place were the rooms.. We are a family of four and booked a twin room - so, you enter into a room (with an attached bathroom) and this leads into another room (with another attached bathroom) and a dining table/kitchenette... So, this was extremely convenient to both coordinate & get ready quickly and to have some great family time.. Also, good views from the room... The rooms were also extremely well furnished - premium with a lot of interior work.. Toiletries provided were very good..

It's very comfortable stay with Beverly villa, Rooms are very tidy and clean. The staffs are very friendly and responsive. It's very near to access main city, by 500meter of walk few restaurants are available. Totally worth the money spent.
