Their electric kettle seems to be quite old...so when I was heating the water in it...the water would contain some black particles that is more of a corrosive particles from the kettle. Also in the bathroom the shower taps were really tight...I had a hard time to on and off the shower

The rooms are pretty decent size, perfect for a solo or couple. They have a study table and chair on which I could take my video calls...have seperate luggage space to keep A locker A fridge 2 water bottles per day Breakfast is also good The best place to hangout is they have a open area in the backyard where table and chairs are arranged where you can hangout and have your breakfast lunch dinner....I really enjoyed that place. Most importantly they gave me early check-in...that's so nice of them....I really appreciate it....as In have to go to office and I had just arrived from Mumbai I wanted to freshen-up a bit...so I got checked-in at around 9:30 am

Rooms had a weird smell, had mosquitoes on day one, and had poor torn bed linen. But the staff tried to help when these concerns were raised.

1. Hot water issues, took time to come and disappeared in a min, which is a deal breaker for me. 2. The placement of air conditioner was right on top of my head, facing me. Thus either it became too cold for my head to tolerate or too hot for my body of I shut the ac down. 3. Washroom want thoroughly clean though it was immediately taken care of on informing.

There is no parking facility for cars and they don't have a valet as well. So parking is at your own risk and needs to be adjusted on some free roads.

Rest everything is unique, the interior designs has a different feel and pocket-friendly rates for food i.e in house dining.house keeping staff are very co operative as well. Overall a very good experience.

Small window with no view from the room. Also, there was some construction/repair going on during the day maybe in the hotel or in the neighboring building which caused some noise.

Nice Place...really liked the boutique theme of the hotel with unique designs of rooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the room had all basic amenities. The staff was attentive to the needs and took care of anything that was needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a few options to choose from.

Corridors are closed, felt like a box, I think should be having more fresh air into the rooms, there is no fan in the room, AC is was not good. It is taking so much time to cool the room.

The location is very good, I am pretty new to Hyderabad, but it felt me like that is the prime place in hyd. Maintenance was fine. Morning breakfast is complementary and it's nice with multiple varieties.
